Bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of innovations in the automotive industry compared to Visegrad Four. It compares the development of automotive production in individual countries including economic indicators that affect it. It also looks for incentives for innovation in the Czech Republic and looks for the reasons for innovation activities and suggests investment opportunities for innovation.

One part shows practical process of producing part by FDM. At the end is mentioned a possible development of this technology in future and her widening in automotive industry.
Optimization of a selected manufacturing production

Táto diplomová práca popisuje optimizáciu obrábacieho procesu za účelom zvýšenia produktivity výrobnej linky. Zadanie bolo vypracované v priebehu priemyselnej stáže vo firme Stellantis na obábacej linke blokov valcov motoru DV. Práca vysvetľuje metódy analýzy strát produktivity na výrobnej linke a aplikácii opatrení smerujúcich ku zvýšeniu produktivity, obzvlásť nasadenie nástrojov štíhlej výroby. Najviac boli nasadené nástroje SMED, ktorého cieľom je optimizácia výmeny rezných nástrojov, a TPM, ktorý ma za cieľ zvýšiť spoľahlivosť výrobných prostriedkov.

This bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of production processes taking place in the manufacturing company IAC Group Slovakia. The work includes a presentation of the company and an analysis of the current state of production processes taking place in the company. The theoretical part of the work describes the methods of lean manufacturing, basic concepts associated with the process management of the organization. In the analytical part, the manufacturing company is first introduced and a global analysis of processes is performed. Then a specific production process is analyzed, which will be optimized. The proposed part shows the proposed part of the process and there are evaluated the benefits of the proposed solution.
Bonding in the automotive industry

The thesis presents a literature study of adhesive bonding technology. The work deals with the advantages and disadvantages of adhesive bonding, design of adhesive joints, technological processes of adhesive bonding and the division of adhesives. The thesis also discusses various materials used for the construction of car bodywork and their properties. The main focus of the work is on the use of adhesive bonding in the car industry, comparing traditional and modern technology used for the construction of bus bodywork. In the experimental part of the thesis, the aim is to reveal the influence of surface treatment on the resulting shear strength when employing metal to metal bonding.
Design of a low power internal voltage regulator for automotive applications

This master’s thesis deals with the design of integrated voltage regulator. Topologies of linear voltage regulators and their stability are discussed. Part of the thesis deals with description and simulation of blocks of selected regulator topology. The thesis describes the difficulties of integrated circuit design in the automotive industry. The electrical scheme of the designed regulator is explained. The work also focuses on the stability of designed regulator. Then presents simulations. It discusses the layout of integrated circuits and the designed voltage regulator.

It presents current technology used in the selected company to produce components for the automotive industry. Based on analysis of the finished products presents the possible ways of alternating the current technology to ensure the required quality of production. Critical Factors of ERP System Implementation for Employees Training Management in HELLA AUTOTECHNIK NOVA, Ltd.

The aim of this thesis is to compile a manual guide for choosing an appropriate information system to support the company e-learning process. I solved this particular problem by conducting both the analysis of the company and of the current trends in e-learning applications. I also assessed the existing situation and determined system requirements of the company. By carrying out my own survey I found out that implementing the optimal software helps to educate employees more effectively and brings savings and potential profits for the whole firm. The outcome of the thesis is a set of recommendations for the right choice of e-learning software as well as critical factors for the e-learning implementation project.

Survival Strategies in Times of Crisis in the Global Automotive Industry

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá situací na celosvětovém automobilovém průmyslu v době právě probíhající finanční krize. Popisuje dané odvětví pomocí mikro a makro ekonomických modelů. Dále také uvádí globální trendy a specifika daného průmyslu. Autor prezentuje své názory na aktuální finanční situaci a analyzuje její dopady na automobilový průmysl. Tyto závěry se opírají o teorie strategického managementu a o analýzy dané problematiky. Na základě těchto poznatků pak autor navrhuje strategie, které by v kritických případech mohly vézt k záchraně a vyzdvihuje příležitosti, ze kterých by bylo možné profitovat. Práce poskytuje čtenáři teoretický pohled na aktuální ekonomikou situaci v automobilovém průmyslu a nabízí autorovy hypotézy na strategie, které by mohli vézt z krize v tomto odvětví.
