Tato bakalářská práce mapuje současný stav použití projektového řízení ve strojírenství, dále pak návrh jeho implementace do strojírenské společnosti, která ho dosud nepoužívala. Možnosti projektového řízení jsou popsány pomocí metod a standardu IPMA a příslušných norem. This Bachelor thesis shows current status of using project management in mechanical engineering industry then suggestion of implementation to mechanical engineering company which have not implemented it yet. Possibilities of project management are described by IPMA methods, standards and their norms.
