The bachelor thesis is focused on both theoretical and practical creation of a business plan in order to create a real business entity. The theoretical part primarily describes the most important concepts that we need to understand the issue. In the practical part of the work we then apply the knowledge gained in the preparation of the theoretical part and at the same time the research of a sample of the target group is carried out according to which the effectiveness of the whole project is analyzed.

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial performance of the company S.A.B. Impex, s.r.o. based on benchmarking in the years 2016 - 2020. The first part of the work introduces the concepts, methods used and financial indicators necessary to perform benchmarking. The next part, which is analytical, contains an analysis of the company's environment and financial benchmarking with four direct competitors. The last part of the work deals with own solutions that help eliminate the identified problems to increase the financial performance of the analyzed company.

Rozsah práce zahrnuje teoretická východiska, výzkum prostředí společnosti a anlýzu e-marketingových dat, sbíraných firmou. Na základě těchto částí je založen návrh vylepšení, včetně odhadu nákladů a návrhu monitorování. Výstup práce je ve formě zlepšení efektivity marketingové komunikace firmy.

The diploma thesis deals with processing of a business plan for establishing fitness centre designed for women in Hodonín. The theoretical part describes the theoretical bases related to the idea of business and market, business plan and its structure, including a description of used analytical research methods and tools. The analytical part of the thesis contains outputs from the analyzes and research carried out, on the basis of which a suitable strategy for the start-up company is subsquently selected. The design part of the thesis elaborates a specific part of the business plan in connection with the chosen strategy so that the plan is feasible and viable.

The final part contains the business plan, including its feasibility of success in the current market.

Subsequently, a suitable strategy is chosen for the start-up in this area, which is elaborated into individual parts of the business plan so that it is feasible and viable.
