In a bachelor thesis is deals with analyzing the market price of the real estate property in border area of the Czech republic, Slovakia and Poland. Results of collecting necessary data as a property type, disposition and a location of property are data databases. Average market prices of the real estate property are calculated from evalieted data and these prices are compared in border areas. Attention in outputs is focused also on the faktors as a different behaviour of objekts, which may have effect on the price. The most attention is focused on factors with the largem influence because Theky could significantly affect the price.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the tax optimization of real estate acquisitions in Central Europe, specifically in the Czech, Slovak and Polish Republics, from the perspective of an individual. The theoretical part includes an overview of the tax systems of all three countries from the perspective of property tax. The practical part of the thesis presents several variants of real estate acquisitions and their subsequent taxation, as well as the impact on income tax in the Czech Republic. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation of which country is more advantageous to acquire real estate in.

The Role of Trust in Media in Resilience: The Cases of the Czech and Slovak Republic

The marter thesis deals with the role of trust in media in resilience. The aim of the thesis is to explore the approach to trust in media by the state and journalists as a factor in countering the issue of disinformation, with potentially co-explanatory differences between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic in their societal resilience. The thesis utilizes exploratory research of a qualitative nature. The results are primarily extracted through 15 interviews with journalists and national officials, as well as experts from both countries. As the results illustrate, the state and media sector in both countries consider trust in the media as a crucial factor in resilience against disinformation and countering disinformation. Journalists' perspectives on the subject are similar in both countries, while the approaches of national officials are to a certain extent differen. In the Czech Republic, national officials express a stronger criticism regarding the quality of media on the national level, at the same time, a passive approach to building their trust. On the other hand, national officials in Slovakia depict a greater eagerness to contribute to trust in media. However, it is often diminished by a lack of resources or political will. The division of Czechoslovakia (radio interviews with selected personalities)

The radio interview is one of the basic genres used in radio. This practical bachelor's thesis is based on two radio interviews recorded by the author of the thesis with personalities of former Czechoslovak politics who experienced the division of the country into the successor states of the Czech and Slovak Republics in important positions. The theoretical part of the thesis first describes the historical event of the division of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republics using the mentioned expert sources. Next, the author of the thesis attempts to briefly summarize the situation of the two successor countries and their mutual relations 30 years after the act of partition. An important part of the theoretical part of the thesis is the introduction of the respondents for the radio interviews, which form the practical part. And the author of the thesis also defines the concept of a radio interview on the basis of the literature, explains the differences between its different variants and describes the practical aspect of the creation of such an interview on the basis of a concrete example.
