Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na navržení vhodného způsobu expanze brněnské společnosti HA-SOFT, s.r.o. na slovenský trh s lesnickými informačními systémy. Úvodní část se věnuje vymezení problematiky, stanovení cílů a metodice práce. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pozadí problematiky a nejdůležitějších pojmů. Analytická část se věnuje analýze vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí společnosti směrem k expanzi společnosti na zahraniční trh. V návrhové části se již nachází vlastní návrh vhodného způsobu expanze a následně jeho vyhodnocení, zejména po ekonomické stránce. This thesis is focused on proposing the suitable way of expansion of the Brno company HA-SOFT, s.r.o. to the Slovak forestry information systems market. The introduction is dealing with defining the problem, setting the goals and methodology of the thesis. The theoretical part is dealing with the problems background and the most important terms. Analytical part is focusing on the external and internal environment of the company towards the expansion of the company to the foreign market. In the proposing part there is own suggested design of the suitable way of expansion followed by evaluation, especially from an economical point of view.
