The thesis is divided into three parts, the theoretical part of the thesis includes factual research for easier understanding of the issue. The practical part analyzes the current state of remuneration of employees in the company and the third part is a solution proposal and its economic evaluation.

This bachelor thesis deals with solving the problem of motivation of employees at the company VEBEL Servis spol. s r.o. The thesis focuses on salaries and providing benefits. Using a questionnaire survey and interviews with managers of the company were found to have problems in the current motivational system. The thesis presents a proposal to improve the current motivation of the company, which should lead to the satisfaction of employees and their higher working efficiency.
