Provenance and content survey castle library Chuchelná

Theme of this bachelor thesis is provenance and contentual survey castle library Chuchelná. The first chapters are describing ancestry of the Lichnowsky family, history of village Chuchelná and castle buildings. Chapter called "Provenance characteristic of library collection" identifies book owners from Lichnowsky family and assignes individual fascicles to their owner. In chapter "Contentual analysis of the library collection" is elaborated the main subject matter - expresionism, which relates to the principal "magnifier" of this library, Mechtilda Lichnowsky. Provenance and content characteristics of the Library collection in castle Biskupice

(anglicky) This bachelor's thesis processes the library collection in Castle Biskupice. The aim of this thesis consists in the provenance and content characteristics of the library collection in Castle Biskupice. The introduction describes the present situation of the library. The second chapter deals with the library's history. The third chapter outlines the gradual creation of the library and the history of the families that had built it. In the Chapter ˝Provenance characteristics of the collection, an identification of books owners from the family lines of Schaffgotsch, Pálffy, Thurn-Taxis, de Linge and their genealogical relations is provided. Furthermore, this chapter characterizes the collections of particular family members. Partially, it also extends to the collection content characteristics that are provided in general in the follow-up chapter. It divides the collection into particular genres and describes interesting books and authors whose works are to be found in the castle library. The conclusion contains the thesis summary, achieved results and outcomes.
Exhibition cycle DEATH at the National museum

The thesis focuses on a field of museum marketing, particularly on a marketing mix issue. The marketing mix is described on an example of an exhibition cycle named DEATH which took place in five object of the National museum during a period from 18 June 2014 until 31 March 2016. The DEATH was the last from a row of exhibition cycles which prevailed during the closing of the Historical building for the reason of its complex reconstruction. A descriptive analysis of the marketing mix of the DEATH exhibition cycle is conducted in the thesis. Application of marketing tools is subsequently evaluated through detailed analyses which will identify weaknesses. At the same time recommendations are developed to improve the National museums marketing mix and make it more efficient.
Moving and Logistics Technologies as an Opportunity for a Management of Museum Collections

This thesis deals with identification and analysis of weak points of current management of National museum's collections and aimes to apply selected logistic technologies and to propose efficient logistic network operating in actual situation of Central depository Terezín II. The issue is handled in connection with moving of the museum collection, which represents not only unique project in the history of modern museum praxis but also an appropriate opportunity for reengineering and improving of existing procedures connected with legal mission of the most important and largest museum institution in the Czech Republic.
Marketing of the Vrchotovy Janovice Chateau

The theme of this master's thesis is "Marketing of the Vrchotovy Janovice Chateau". The Vrchotovy Janovice Chateau is one of the exhibitions of the National Museum outside Prague. The introductory part analyses the history of the castle from the point of view of its potential for marketing strategies. Another part deals with number of visitors of the castle as an important measure of successful marketing. Furthermore the thesis concentrates on application of the marketing tools and it analyses marketing of the castle by using SWOT analysis. The inseparable part of the thesis is a survey of the "chain guidance" and of the public awareness of the existence of the castle. The aim of the master's thesis is to evaluate the marketing potential of the Vrchotovy Janovice Chateau and its park, consider its current marketing tools and suggest improvement solutions for the future. National museum. Marketing, audience and project for attractive exhibition

The thesis cocnsists of three parts. First, concern on musuems and marketing generally, point out the importance of the audience survey. Second part is a essence of this thesis. Gives information about National museum and its marketing. Part is the survey of National museum audience. The last part brings a suggestion of project based on results of surveys. This project is meant to make the exhobition of National museum more attractive for visitors.
