Analysing and setting up optimization of the Internet business model NS Svoboda Ltd.

Aim of the master's thesis is to show businessmen possibilities, offered by Internet, of developing and searching for new distribution channels to increase sales and awareness of their companies and products. Internet is a great phenomenon. Its importance is going to increase. This development brings the growth of social network, that is going to become important means of expanding promotion and a powerful distribution channel. Unfortunately due to the speed of the present time, TV and other media the traditional means of promotion is not able to keep up with the advantages, brought by Internet commercial. The advantage and positive of the network is possibility of sharp aiming at a certain group of interest. Taxes of small and medium firms make a significant part of state incomes. Firms try to minimalize invested costs to be able to survive. Mostly the costs are connected with commercial. Thanks to Internet it is possible to nullify this aspect.
New ways of marketing applications in the gastronomical services

For the gastronomy facilities it's very difficult to keep their position in the gastronomy market. If the restaurant wants to be successful it must reflect need and expecations of its customers. The most important factors are: environment of restaurants, excellent cuisine, professional service and good marketing. The facility can use a lot of marketing tools, which are constantly changing due to rapid development of information and communication technologies. The aim of this thesis is interpretation of discount sites as a new marketing tool for gastronomy facilities. Theoretical part deals with general marketing issues in gastronomy and it describe the principle of discount sites. The aim of the practical part is to gain practical knowledge and experiance how the model of discount servers it works in the gastronomy sector. The issue is analyzed from two points of view. The first is from gastronomy facility (how gastronomy facilities use discount servers and what positives bring to them). The second point of view is the angle from customer, whether the client is satisfied with the offer of discount servers. Materials for this section were obtained on the basis of interviews with some of discount sites, with co-owner of the restaurant "Mimoměsto" who used 3 times the offer discount servers in the past and on fieldwork based on research in 15 selected gastronomy facilities which participated on discount servers. Discount sites are very young dynamic industry, which began flourish in the CR. Czech customers are getting used to them and like them. In the future is expected growth in turnover of discount sites, but a reduction of their number to keep only reliable ones on the market.
Modern tools in marketing communication

In my final thesis I focused on modern tools in marketing communication such as buzz marketing, guerilla marketing and so on from theoretical and practical point of view. The main part was about a phenomenon, which appears in the Czech Republic in the past few years -- english called twangoo. Not only between them, but also entrepreneurs and customer on this specific market, I was doing a questionnaire research, which helped me draw final conclusions.
Modern trends in choice forms tourism\\

The focus of this paper is on the modern trends in tourism. The main aimof tourism was walking in a nature, meeting with other people, learning and amusement. However, from its beginning in the nineteenth century tourism has changed its character a lot. Its development is influenced by history, studies of free-time activities, technical development of equipment and also modern way of life. This paper deals with all of them. Nevertheless, the most important is needed and useful equipment because it is specific for the different sports activities.
Modern Trends in Hotelery and Gastronomy in the region of South Bohemia

This thesis is aimed at assessing and analyzing modern trends in hotelery and gastronomy in the region of South Bohemia. The theoretical part gives the reader information about the development of modern trends and explains the technical terminology, which relates to the topic. The practical part draws on information from actual marketing research. Another research project, conducted through anonymous inspections, where a "Mystery Guest" (the author of the thesis) assessed the quality of provided hospitality services from the point of view of a guest. The essential information was gained through opinions of tourism experts. The primary goal is to discover barriers to the growth as well as weaknesses and to determinate a "TOP 10" for gastronomical and a "TOP 10" for accommodation facilities in South Bohemia. The outcome of this thesis is a proposal for appropriate measures to eliminate shortcomings and to contribute to future development of this tourism region.
