Construction of the Hotel Karpaty in Valašské Klobouky

The subject of my diploma thesis is the solution of the construction of the Hotel Karpaty located near the town of Valašské Klobouky. The thesis contains an accompanying technical report, solution of transport routes, including traffic situation, time and financial plan of construction, study of implementation of main technological stages, construction site project with division into individual stages, drawing part and construction site report, design of main working machines and mechanisms, time hotel construction plan, plan for securing material resources, including budget and staff needs chart, technological regulation of monolithic ceiling structures, control and test plan for monolithic ceiling structures, design and installation of Schüco aluminum windows, design of construction measures Hotel Karpaty according to LEED standard.
Influence of Building Environmental Certification on Price Valuation with Respect to the Building Life-Cycle

The aim of this diploma thesis is an analysis and evaluation of environmental certifications influence on rental rates and operating costs of administrative buildings. The analysis is conducted for administrative buildings because these are the most frequently certified buildings in the Czech Republic. To fulfil this defined goal, two office space offer price databases in Prague and Brno are compiled. The first database is consists of office space offer rentals which possess environmental certification. The second database is also compiled of building offer rentals but without environmental certification. Based on these two databases the effect of environmental certification on rental rates using paired t-test is examined. Simultaneously, effective operating costs of buildings located in Brno are analysed, and it is evaluated whether and if so, at what intensity their amount is affected by environmental certifications.
Metal-organic interface for effective charge transfer

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid (TMA) molecules on a silver crystal with (111) surface termination. After the deposition of the molecules on the substrate, a fully protonated layer ( phase) is formed. Further substrate annealing induces a deprotonation process, which leads to the formation of another and phases. The different arrangements of the molecules were studied in ultra-high vacuum conditions by low-energy electron microscope (LEEM), scanning tunneling microscope (STM), and by low-energy electron diffraction (LEED). The application potential of these layers is discussed.
Preparation for the implementation of the Bučovice Terrace Residence

The subject of the diploma thesis is the implementation of apartment buildings in Bučovice, specifically focusing on the apartment building "X". It deals with a construction technology project. Its content is a technical report on the construction technology project, traffic relations for the transport of materials and machines to the construction site, technical report on the construction site equipment, construction technology study, machine design, elaboration of technological regulation for monolithic ceiling construction and infiltration tank. The chapters on safety and health protection at work on the construction site, the LEED certification system and a noise study for earthworks are also elaborated. Several diagrams of the procedure of execution of individual constructions, time and financial plan, selected details are elaborated. The thesis contains 30 appendices.
Growth ultrathin of layers Au

The aim of this thesis is to study growth of ultrathin gold layers prepared by MBE (Molecular beam epitaxy) in UHV conditions. Differently modified sillicon served as a substrate and depositions were done at different temperatures of a substrate. Samples were analyzed by ToF LEIS for thickness, morfology was examined by SEM and AFM. X-ray photoelectron spectra were taken for chemical analysis. Gathered data together with their evaluation contribute to description and understanding of some processes during deposition and subsequent exposure of the sample to high temperatures. Experimental data and conslusions also prowide basis for further experiments and development of potential applications.
Construction technological project of the production hall in Sudoměřice

The subject of the diploma thesis is construction-technological solution for realization of the production hall with administrative part in Sudoměřice. Parts of the thesis are the technical report for the construction-technological project, a study of the realization of the main technological stages of the building, the solution of the wider transport route links, where I designed and assessed selected transport routes. The other parts of the diploma thesis are design of a site equipment with the technical report of the site equipment, design of the main building machines and mechanisms. The time and financial plans of objects are elaborated, followed by the detail time schedule of the realization of the main building obejct with a workers needs diagram and the item budget of the main building object with the bill of quantities. For the proces of the realization of the reiforced concrete prefabricated construction, the technological regulation for the assembly of elements with usability of the mobile crane, was made. In the diploma thesis, the technological regulation for the reiforced concrete cast-in-place columns and bond beams, was also prepared. Due to the high demands on the quality of the construction, the control and test plans for the assembly of the reiforced concrete prefabricated elements and for the cast-in-place columns and bond beams, were also prepared. Within the environmental protection, the requirements for the certification LEED 2009 Core & Shell, were processed.
Ventilation of nearly Zero Energy Building

This diploma thesis is focused on nearly zero energy buildings, which are a mandatory part of construction of the buildings in Czech republic after 2020. It also deals with HVAC and its design as part of these buildings. The theoretical part deals with legal and technical regulations and possible savings in HVAC systems. The computational part is focused on two solution of HVAC systems in given object. The project part is about the given object, which is otevřená zahrada Brno. This building was founded by Nadace Partnerství s.r.o.. This third part of diploma thesis deals with the quality of indoor microclimate and evaluation of the heat recovery system effiency, which is applied in local HVAC unit.
Construction preparation of a residential building Kluchova - Brno, Nový Lískovec

The diploma thesis is dedicated to the project of preparing the realization of an apartment building on Kluchova Street in the Brno-Nový Lískovec district. The content of this work is the technological regulations for underground construction carried out using the so-called white bath and vegetation roof, for which an inspection and test plan, a time and financial plan-object plan, a time plan for rough construction and an itemized budget for rough construction are drawn up. It also includes the coordination situation with broader relationships of transport routes, the design of main machine assemblies, construction site equipment, principles of construction organization and safety and health protection at work with a focus on the main risks arising from construction. As part of the work, several appendices are developed, such as an assessment of the main lifting device, a proposal for LEED measures, an assessment of the necessary costs for the establishment and operation of the site equipment, a noise study of the site equipment and an assessment of the white tub/lost formwork structure.
Environment-Dependent Surface Structure of Fe2O3(012)

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá štúdiom alfa-Fe2O3(012) vystaveného vodnému prostrediu. Súčasný stav poznania ohľadom oxidov železa s pozornosťou vkladanou do popisu alfa-Fe2O3 a jeho (012) povrchu je stručne zhrnutá. Experimentálná časť tejto práce začína s popisom unikátného zariadenia na depozíciu kvapalnej vody na povrchy monokryštalických vzoriek compatibilného s podmienkami ultra vysokého vákuua. Jednotlivé konštrukčné časti a detaily sú diskutované. Navrhnutý systém bol testovaný na vzorkách striebornej fólie a monokryštálu Fe3O4 s povrchovom v rovine [100]. Chemické zloženie a morfológia povrchu po experimente s kvapalnou vodou je diskutovaná. Navrhnuté zariadenie bolo použité na štúdium interakcie vody so známymi (1x1) a (2x1) povrchovými alfa-Fe2O3(012). Experimentálne dáta ukazujú, že voda sa viaže na obe reconštrukcie disociatívne s určitým množstvom molekulárnej vody naviazanej na adsorbované hydroxydi. (1x1) sa zdá javý stabilná po expozícii rôznym tlakom vodnej pary, zatial čo (2x1) vykazuje zmenu na (1x1) pri expozíciach vyšším tlakom vodnej pary alebo po niekolo minútovej expozíci electrónovému zväzku. Ďalej sú v tejto práci prezentované prvé výsledky z štúdie prechodu (1x1) rekonštrukcie na (2x1) pomocou mikroskpie nízkoenergiových elektrónov. Výsledky ukazujú, že táto premena na nižších teplotách je inciovaná na hranách atomárnych vrstiev a defektov na povrchu, ktorá potom postupuje smerom k stredu atomárnych terás. Meranie na vyšších teplotách vykazuje postupnú premenu povrchu naznačúju viaceru nukleačných centrech z ktorých sa (2x1) povrch širi ďalej.
