Procházka, Ondřej ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Kozumplík, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor’s work is the literature review about problematic of measurement and evaluation of intracranial pressure. I describe physical principle of intracranial pressure, anatomy of cerebral ventricle and different accesses and placement of measuring instruments in intracranial place. Moreover I describe evaluation of clinical data at standard way and explain analysis in frequency and time domain by program MATLAB. I make a script for analysis ICP data. It calculates main ICP, amplitude and latency of waves, RAP index and shows spectrum of amplitude.

Dvorský, Pavel ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
The task of this Bachelor’s thesis is to introduce IEEE 1451.4 standard and connection of sensors with ICP supply to data acquisition systems. It deals with realization of acoustic pressure sensor (microphone) with ICP (CCLD) supply and possibility of saving real parameters of this sensor into transducer electronic datasheet (TEDS). Finally there is shortly described work with TEDS in LabVIEW programming environment.
The algorithm ICP (Iterative Closest Point) for point cloud registration
Wróbel, Jiří ; Martišek, Karel (referee) ; Procházková, Jana (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the ICP (Iterative Closest Point) algorithm for point cloud registration. It focuses mainly on the classic ICP algoritm. This algorithm is modified using KD-tree. The thesis also describes one the possible improvements using the point-to-plane minimatization. The results were tested on real-world data set.
Sledování vlivu dopravy na obsah těžkých kovů u modrých a bílých odrůd u dopravně zatížených komunikací
Marek, Josef
The diploma thesis is focused on determining the influence of transport on the content of heavy metals in white and blue grape varieties and their subsequent products from vineyards near traffic-laden roads and reference, traffic-free locali-ties and its relation to heavy metal content in air and soil in monitored vineyards. The analysis of elements in grapes and their subsequent products is performed in various stages of wine production, air analysis by analysis of weekly sampling and soil analysis by one-time sampling in the monitored vineyards in the period befo-re harvest. The instrumental method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used for the measurement.

We employed a custom-built inductively coupled plasma (ICP) 13.56 MHz reactor with up to 300 W RF discharge power. Hydrothermally grown ZnO nanorods were exposed to the ICP plasma with a mixture of hydrogen and argon for up to 30 min, followed in-situ by plasma oxidation. Plasma properties were monitored by optical emission spectroscopy (OES) and by measuring the self-bias potential of the stainless steel sample holder separated from the ground by a blocking capacitor. The exciton-related UV photoluminescence of ZnO nanorods and optical absorption increases significantly after the plasma treatment. We attribute it to the complex changes of ZnO surface electronic states that also give rise to its black color visually.
Speciation analysis of chromium in particulate matter of urban dust
Rybínová, Marcela ; Rychlovský, Petr (advisor) ; Hraníček, Jakub (referee)
Anion-exchange chromatography with inductively coupled plasma - atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) has been used for the speciation of chromium (Cr). Chromium speciation has attracted attention because of the different toxicity, Cr(III) is relatively non-toxic and Cr(VI) has been classified as a human carcinogen. The aim of the present study was to develop simple method for the speciation analysis of Cr (Cr(III) and Cr(VI)) in particulate matter of urban dust. A combination of 2% KOH + 3% Na2CO3 has been chosen as the optimal reagent for the extraction of chromium from particular matter. It was found that there was no conversion of Cr(VI) into Cr(III). The effect of separation parameters such as acidity of mobile phase was also studied. The detection limit for Cr(VI) was about 12 ng.ml-1 . Results for the determination of Cr(VI) were confirmed by the analysis of standard reference material (BCR CRM 545, Cr(VI) in welding dust loaded on a filter) with good agreement between certified (40,16 ± 0,60 μg.g-1 ) and found (37,83 ± 1,14 μg.g-1 ) values.
Deriving predictive pathophysiological markers from ICP analysis
Mládek, Arnošt ; Bradáč, Ondřej (advisor) ; Haninec, Pavel (referee) ; Mraček, Jan (referee)
Deriving predictive pathophysiological markers from ICP analysis RNDr. Arnošt Mládek, Ph.D. December 13, 2021 Abstract Intracranial pressure (ICP) is an irreplaceable neurointensive care parameter and is an area under intensive research. The great diagnostic importance of ICP is underlied by two factors: (1) the central nervous system (CNS) is placed in a rigid cranial vault and even small local expansive processes (e.g. tumors, abscesses, bleeding) may lead to intracranial hypertension; (2) a specific property of the CNS is a rather uniform response to various pathological events since many etiologically heterogeneous diffuse injuries of neural tissue lead to oedema elevating ICP. The complexity of ICP monitoring stems from the neurosurgical insertion of the pressure sensor into the intracranial space and the associated risks of bleeding, neuroinfection and brain tissue damage. Intracranial pressure is more than just a number on a bedside monitor, even though in clinical practice this simplification is rather common. Similarly to electrocardiogram (ECG) signals whose information content goes well beyond heart rate calculation, understanding of ICP dynamics can provide us with insight into the current clinical status as well as prediction of further evolution. The mainstay of the dissertation thesis are...
6-DOF Object Localization in Industrial Applications
Macurová, Nela ; Španěl, Michal (referee) ; Hradiš, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design a method for the object localization in the point could and as accurately as possible estimates the 6D pose of known objects in the industrial scene for bin picking. The design of the solution is inspired by the PoseCNN network. The solution also includes a scene simulator that generates artificial data. The simulator is used to generate a training data set containing 2 objects for training a convolutional neural network. The network is tested on annotated real scenes and achieves low success, only 23.8 % and 31.6 % success for estimating translation and rotation for one type of obejct and for another 12.4 % and 21.6 %, while the tolerance for correct estimation is 5 mm and 15°. However, by using the ICP algorithm on the estimated results, the success of the translation estimate is 81.5 % and the rotation is 51.8 % and for the second object 51.9 % and 48.7 %. The benefit of this work is the creation of a generator and testing the functionality of the network on small objects
Multipoint identification of position and orientation of object
Řičánek, Dominik ; Ligocki, Adam (referee) ; Burian, František (advisor)
The goal of this paper is to find a good method to determine the pose of two, mutually rotated, objects and to try and implement it first in C++ without the usage of any external libraries and then in Kuka Robot Language (KRL). First we are going to look at two different approaches to solving this problem: The Iterative Closest Point algorithm (ICP) and the Kabsch Algorithm. From them one is going to be chosen and a program will be build around it. Following its implementation, the algorithm’s precision is going to be tested. Finally KRL will be briefly introduced and the various problems involving transition of the algorithm from C++ to KRL will be talked about.
