Multiplayer game for Android platform

This bachelor thesis deals with issues of real-time multiplayer mobile games development on Android platform. First chapters are devoted to the analysis of this platform and its possibilities of applications development. This is followed by the description of differenent approaches used for multiplayer game development. Part of the thesis describes different technologies, that were analyzed and then used for implementation of a 2D real-time fighting game and a server. The thesis contains the description of the game design, implementation and testing processes of the application.

The Use of Artificial Intelligence on Financial Markets

This thesis deals with the design of a model for trading on financial markets by using artificial intelligence. The work describes some methods of artificial intelligence, description of financial market and stock market trading. The result of this work is a model of an expert system which uses fuzzy logic for investing and a functional model for predicting the course of shares trends using artificial neural networks. Both models algorithms were designed and tested in MATLAB.

This bachelor's thesis is mainly about development of new mobile application for Android system, which gives its users oportunity to get to know their suburb better through using it. Thesis includes design of application, its implementation and testing. This thesis also provides informations about developing applications for Android in general. Application is program in Java language and it uses development kit Android SDK, development environment Eclipse and plugin called ADT. In thesis was used framework SherlockActionBar and GoogleMaps.

Information System of the Agility Competition Organizers

The aim of this work was to design and create information system of the Agility Competition Organizers. The information system was created like web application implemented in Python language using Django framework and PostgreSQL database system. Final application simplifies an organization of agility competitions, provides competitors with statistics of dog and also analysis of results using association rules. Users can connect their account with Google account, and also can use Google calendar. Information system was successfully created and tested by potential users.

Smart RSS reader for Android OS

This thesis deals with development of advanced RSS reader for Android mobile platform. The parts of the thesis are design, implementation and reader testing. The thesis also describe problematic of application development for mobile devices with Android system and technology of content syndication. Final application is programmed in JAVA language with usage of SDK Android development kit and ADT plug-in for Eclipse development environment. Application implements multi-thread processing, JSON/XML format parsers, custom adapters, SQLite database and user-friendly interface based on XML.

Mobile Application Using GPS Module

This bachelor's thesis deals with the description of the design and creation of mobile application using GPS module. Application is location game where the player's task is to pass points shown on mam in the shortest possible time. As the target mobile platform was chosen operation system Android. Map data in the application are freely distributed Open Street Maps. The thesis describes Android platform, maps and GPS system. The application also uses SQLite database to store persistent data. For multiplayer game is used Gamooga platform which allows network communication between devices.

In this bachelor thesis we are going to describe the process of creation of a new web portal for sharing of tips for walks. The website is written in PHP using Nette framework. The goal of this application is to create user friendly interface for adding new walks and upgrade it with automatic retrieval of information about the walk surroundings from publicly accessible databases.

The purpose of this barchelor’s thesis is to sum up the knowledge of personal data synchronization between a desktop application and the Google services. The main goal is to design and implement own application which would perform advanced synchronization of personal data. The design should be based on knowledge from the first step and also on deep analysis of existing solutions. Last part of the thesis describes testing of the implemented application and discussion of aproached goals and following development of the application.
