Corporate Identity of th Czech Olympic Committee

Title: Corporate Identity of the Czech Olympic Committee Objectives: The thesis contains an analysis of recent image of corporate identity (CI) of the Czech Olympic Committee. The main objective of the thesis is an evaluation of the CI of the organization and a comparison with the arranged theoretical knowledge of contemporary literature. The outcome of the analysis is the suggestions and references to improve the area of CI. All of these suggestions will help to create new projects and more effective CI of the following organization. Methods: The thesis could be divided into two parts. The first part - theoretical - is dealing with the problems of theoretical knowledge which is available in the contemporary literature. The second part of the thesis contains the analysis, the comparison, the critical evaluation and suitable (realistic) recommendations for the creation of the optimal CI. The relevant data were obtained from the available documents and from the interviews with the members of the organisation. The rest of the data was obtained from author's personal expierence from the organisation where participated in an internship. Current trends in communication and teamwork in construction engineering

The diploma thesis deals with current trends in communication and teamwork in construction companies in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is first to theoretically describe and explain the concepts of communication and teamwork and then to conduct research in construction companies and find out what are the current trends in communication and teamwork. The first part of the diploma thesis is theoretical and focuses on knowledge and concepts gained from the literature. The second part of the diploma thesis is practical. Based on the acquired theoretical knowledge, research questions are compiled. Their task is to find out current trends in communication and teamwork. These trends are currently influenced mainly by covid-19 and related problems, which are limiting human contact and isolation. Based on the research questions, a questionnaire survey and two guided interviews are compiled. Their task is to find out how communication and teamwork takes place in construction companies at present. At the end of the thesis, questions focused on current trends in communication and teamwork are answered thanks to the obtained results.
Online reputation management as a tool for changing the perception of companies

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to present a modern concept called online reputation management, which deals with ensuring the most favorable reputation of companies on the internet and thus support their positive perception. It is appropriate to address this topic mainly due to the rapid development of technologies, thanks to which the reputation is increasingly endangered, and at the same time it still remains a key value in companies. The theoretical part of the work first presents the corporate communication and PR, on which the research discipline is based, and which precedes the interpretation of the classical reputation of management. The main topic of the thesis then examines in more detail the importance of reputation management on the internet and the various techniques that companies can use to do so. The practical part focuses on a specific environment in which online reputation management is often applied, and these are review portals. Reviews have proven to be a key factor in building an online reputation, so it is appropriate for today's businesses to adapt in a timely and adequate manner to a dynamic internet environment where they can proactively manage user ratings to their advantage. Making the image of women in company magazines

Internal communication is essential for every company. However it is not always perceived as such. Internal communication is a conveyor of information and company's values. It is based on corporate culture and it also influences in. It affects atmosphere and performance of the company, engagement and overall happiness of employees. It is also related to the rate of their fluctuation. Diversity, which is the key to the diversity of approaches and perspectives, is also comparatively important to the functioning of the company. Diversity brings more effective problem solving or team functioning. In this respect, companies should strive for gender equality in their working environment and take supportive initiatives to help women overcome barriers in the labor market. The Czech Republic is one of the worst-ranked countries in the European Union in terms of gender equality in the labor market. This diploma thesis deals with the interconnection of internal communication and topics related to promoting women in work and personal life. The aim of this thesis is to use qualitative research to find out how selected domestic companies work with these topics in internal communication.

Internal company communication has lately become an integral part of doing business. Companies concentrate a lot of resources on the development of better communication solutions within the company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine whether the implementation of web and mobile applications can streamline internal communication, and to recommend suitable applications that can improve internal employee communication. The first part of the thesis deals with the theory of communication as well as the general concept of internal communication in companies. The second part of the thesis concentrates on practical tests of selected web and mobile applications that are currently available on the market. Qualitative structured interviews with users of each tool confirm their potential and effectiveness as well as the ways that users perceive them. A comparison of these applications can help companies to find the right applications that could improve their business' internal communications.

Title of study: Proposal for the corporate design of FTVS UK Study aim: An analysis of the present situation in the area of the faculty's visual style and proposals for its amelioration by means of a graphic manual. Method: Analysis of internal and external documents and a semi-structured interview are used in this Master's Thesis. Results: A complete graphic manual of FTVS will be presented as a final proposal for an amelioration of the present state. The evolution of the Italian written language in commercial communication from 1990 onwards

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the development of the Italian language used in business environment and also the overall development of the Italian and commercial correspondence from the nineties of the twentieth century to the present. In the first and theoretical part, the work focuses on the introduction of a theory of communication, models of communication and business communication methods, but the main topic of this work is corrispondenza commerciale - a business correspondence. Based on the theoretical ground, a framework for subsequent analysis has been defined, in order to compare and deal with salutation and addressing options, syntactic and lexical changes, and also with polite and formal methods and with various final greetings and formulas. The analysis has provided interesting results demonstrating the occurrence of major changes in the Italian business correspondence and in professional language as well. However, the analysis has brought unexpected results.
Corporate Identity for family business

The aim of this Master´s Thesis is to describe importance and implementation of corporate identity for family business. The theoretical part describes specifics of family business and analyze the components of CI, namely : product, corporate design, culture and communication. Methodological part focuses on market research. In the practical part of this thesis, the process of CI implementation as well as formulation of company´s basic values, needed for its long term functioning, are proposed. Also the new slogan, corporate culture and corporate communication are proposed. Afterwards design manual is executed. This design manual covers following areas : company logo, corporate colors, corporate font, business card template, heading paper template, advertisement materials design. Besides that, the new company webpage is was created. This website will involve the visual of the company as well as will help to improve user interface for customers. In the summary, the steps leading to successful implementation are suggested to the management.
