Evaluation criteria for the evaluation of director of a house for children and youth

The subject of the thesis Evaluation criteria for the evaluation of directors of houses for children and youth is an analysis of the current status of the evaluation process directors by founders of houses for children and youth (DDM). The aim of this thesis is to determine how the assessment is carried out DDM founder of directors, including the sources, methods and criteria that are used in the evaluation. My fundamental goal by this thesis: To determine whether the results of the evaluation are used in the further development directors DDM and whether the directors and founders believe that the evaluation of the founder directors is necessary for improving the quality of DDM. The theoretical part deals with the definition houses for children and youth, director DDM, founder DDM, staff evaluation and training and development. In the practical part of the research - descriptive type of research, conducted through questionnaires on the basis of three hypotheses. Conclusion the paper provides an overview of the current condition.
Proposal for Changes of Human Resource Management in a Company

The thesis is focused on human resources management and particular activities of the human resources process. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical starting points, by defining basic concepts and specific HR activities. In the empirical part of the thesis, quantitative research was conducted across the international companies in the B2B market and simultaneously they have the performance of their activities in the territory of the Czech Republic. Then a case study of the selected company was conducted and proposals for improvement in the sub-areas of human resources activities were formulated based on identified problem areas. Furthermore, recommendations for improvement in the field of individual human resources activities are suggested.

The diploma thesis is focused on the planning of personal development of employees in the context of the process of performance management in the organization. Attention is paid to the role and function of personal development planning in achieving the set goals in the process of performance management. The theoretical part defines concepts of performance management, education and development and personal development planning and describes theories of these concepts. The analytical part, based on a study of internal documents and interviews with managers, describes how the work performance of employees in Czech-Moravian Guarantee and Development Bank is managed. The result of this research was identification of weaknesses in the application of the concept of work performance management in the organization. Finally, recommendations are proposed in order to streamline the mentioned processes in the organization. Proposal for Changes of Motivational System in a Selected Company

The bachelor thesis is focused on proposing changes of the concept of the motivation system in selected society. The theoretical part explains some activities related to human resources management as well as concepts related to motivation and stimulation. The analytical part contains a description of the company and analysis of the current state including a questionnaire survey. The last part of the bachelor thesis is focused on suggestions for improving the motivation system.

The theoretical part introduces the basic theoretic concepts of the matter. The analytical part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of internal and external factors affecting the remuneration system of employees. The third part proposes changes in the rating and remuneration system in the selected company.

The master´s thesis deals with the analysis of employee evaluation and remuneration system in the company SEŽEV-REKO Ltd. The theoretical part deals with the clarification of the terms of remuneration and motivation and evaluation methods. The practical part describes the current situation of the system evaluation and remuneration of employees in the company. Using questionnaire is also mentioned employee satisfaction with the current systems. Outcome of this work are proposals to improve the current condition of the system evaluation and remuneration.

This thesis was written on the topic motivation and evaluation of employees in the Třinec Steel Factory. The level of the motivation and evaluation of employees was investigated using internal documents and questionnaires. Based on the findings suggestions were made to improve employee motivation.
