Competition aircraft conceptual design
Čavojský, Tomáš ; Šurkala, Martin (referee) ; Pejchar, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with conceptual design of new competition aircraft for design competition Air Cargo Challenge 2019. Introduction part is focused on interpretation of regulations of this competition followed by score analysis. After then background research about possible conceptual configurations is implemented. Practical part of the thesis is concentrated on basic characteristics of individual parts of the new aircraft, weight layout and aircraft performance analyses.
Aircraft load and balance procedures
Tomanová, Veronika Anna ; Obuch, Matej (referee) ; Veselý, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis “Aircraft load and balance procedures”, deals with the balance of the aircraft and center of gravity and with possible computational procedures. It introduces the individual masses andpre-flight documentation, which is important for proper loading and balancing of an aircraft. The thesis presents a brief summary of the requirements of Ryanair airline, in particular relating to documentation and balance. The conclusion contains a comparison of manual and electronic Loadsheet in terms of balancing the Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Assessing the influence of constitutional hypermobility on postural stability
Zadražilová, Tereza ; Smékal, David (advisor) ; Čakrt, Ondřej (referee)
The thesis "Judging the influence of constitutional hypermobility on postural stability" focuses on the problem of constitutional hypermobility (CH) and the influence of joint instability on stability mechanisms. The aim of the research was to find out whether there is a difference in stability mechanisms with tested subjects with CH and without it. Furthermore, the research focuses on the influence of mobility techniques on postural stability by the means of chosen tests carried out on Balance Master® System platform. The tested sample includes 14 women aged from 20 to 28, 7 women with constitutional hypermobility and 7 women as a control group. 6 tests were chosen for the measurement on Balance Master® platform. 2 static tests: modified Clinical Test of Sensory Interaction on Balance (mCTSIB), Unilateral Stance (US), and 4 dynamic tests: Limits of Stability (LOS), Rhytmic weight shift (RWS), Step Up Over (SUO) a Forward Lunge (FL). We compared the medians of output values of individual tests. It was assumed that subjects with KH would have significantly worse test results than the control group. Furthermore, it was supposed that the mobilization processes cause stability disturbance on the basis of cancellation of compensational , thus protective block in comparison with KS. Measuring the height of the center of gravity of SUV's
Foldyna, Petr ; Mikulec, Roman (referee) ; Křižák, Michal (advisor)
The thesis deals with the issue of measuring the height of the center of gravity of SUV´s. The first part of thesis is devoted to the issue of center of gravity and the influence of the height of the center of gravity on driving stability. Furthermore, individual methods of measuring the height of the center of gravity in passenger cars are discussed. The analytic part of the thesis is devoted to experimental measurement of the height of the center of gravity of selected SUV´s at different vehicle load, by the method of tilting the vehicle on the axle. The results of the measurements showed that the height of the center of gravity for vehicles with a capacity for five people is in the range from 606 to 697 mm. The lowest value belongs to the vehicle Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, when loaded by the driver. The highest value was found for the vehicle Kia Sportage, when loaded by three passengers. The Landover Defender, which is vehicle, that has a capacity for nine people, was found to have a height of center of gravity ranging from 705 to 874 mm. The lowest value was found when loaded by the driver, the highest value when loaded by nine passengers. Only for the Nissan Qashqai was the growing dependence between the load increase and the height position of the vehicle's center of gravity confirmed. A similar trend was found for the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, Jeep Compass and Landover Defender. The determined values can be used in the analysis of traffic accidents of SUV’s.
The front axle of the three-wheel hobby vehicle
Mlynár, Adam ; Brandejs, Jan (referee) ; Mazůrek, Ivan (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with design of front double wishbone suspension adaptable to reverse trike vehicle. The first chapter is devoted to the overview of three-wheel vehicles, the basic geometrical parameters of the axles and the introduction of the modified vehicle. The next chapter contains a suggestion of suitable geometry and kinematics of the axle and is inspected in program Lotus Suspension Analysis. The conclusion is devoted to conceptual design and structural design in program SolidWorks 2016. A suitable stiffness of the suspension is also proposed, and the factor of safety of the arms and the steering knuckle is checked by finite element analysis.

Kinematická analýza úderu v karate
VEITHOVÁ, Lucie
The diploma thesis deals with the kinematic analysis of the most frequently used technique in sports karate. Specifically, it analyzes the technique of the direct punch Gjaku cuki from the perspective of kumite discipline. The thesis describes its theoretical implementation on the basis of professional publications dedicated to the general public as well as experts and points to the various factors that affect performance in kumite. The strike technique is analyzed in practice with various technical advances by using 3D kinematic analysis (SIMI Motion). The work analyzes in detail the movements of the individual segments of the body, the angular changes between them and examines the variables such as hull inclination, speed, acceleration, height and center of gravity track during the direct punch. The results are partially compared with the theoretical description and the differences in the results of the members of Czech national karate team with different technical maturity are examined. The conclusion are summarized the acquired knowledge from kinematic analysis, which provide a recommendation for the training practice and appropriate advice on quality of Gjaku cuki.
Downhill skiing with exarticulation of the knee joint
Hruša, Filip ; Hruša, Jan (advisor) ; Strnad, Pavel (referee)
Thesis title: Downhill skiing with exarticulation of the knee joint. Main objectives: Evaluate prosthetic options for people with exarticulation in the knee joint for downhill skiing on two skis. Goals: 1) Suggest prosthetic solutions for downhill skiing with exarticulation of the knee joint. 2) On the force measuring plate L.A.S.A.R.-Posture, measure gravity center of skier on proposed prosthetic systems and evaluate substantial features for downhill skiing. Method: The work is empirical-theoretical nature. The methods are comparative analysis and observation with subsequent description. The monitored variables were skiers center of gravity position, and angles of the ankle and the knee joint at the neutral position and the base downhill ski position on the power measuring plate L.A.S.A.R.-Posture. Becouse of complexity and uniqueness of this issue, we chose a case study. Results: In our thesis we verify that there are available prothesis in the Czech Republic, which allows to people with exarticulation of the knee joint, safe skiing on two skis.
