The content of this diploma thesis is a proposal for a business plan for the establishment and development of a company. Specifically, it is a business plan for a café called Ollie, which is also a community center, a workshop and a place to work situated in Brno Komárov, near the Komec sports complex. The first part consists of the theoretical basis of the work containing an explanation of the concepts needed to write the practical part of the thesis. The practical part contains an analysis of the current state and the actual design of the solution. Methods used are for example PESTLE or Porter’s Analysis.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Subterra a.s. for the period 2017 to 2021 and then presents proposals for its improvement. This thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part contains the theoretical background, which explains the basic concepts and selected indicators. The second part focuses on the practical part, which includes information about the analyzed company and the financial analysis itself. The final part of the thesis contains suggestions for improving the financial situation of the enterprise.

Assessment of the economic efficiency of the development project

This bachelor thesis critically discusses the economic efficiency of a development project which is evaluated by means of a cash flow analysis, specifically by utilizing discounted payback period and net cash flows. The theoretical part uses research to outline the business plan and the fundamental concepts associated with the economic efficiency, followed by outlining the aims and objectives of the business plan, investment planning, and development project cash flows. The second part of the thesis introduces the actual project proposal and applies the methods discussed in part one. In the last part, this bachelor thesis evaluates the gathered data and determines the level of economic efficiency.

The bachelor thesis deals with the financial analysis of the company HANZA SPORT plus s.r.o. in the years 2018, 2019 and 2020. In the first part I deal with the theoretical part and the description of indicators. The next chapter describes the company and theoretical indicators are used in practice. These results are then further commented. The last part deals with proposals to improve the financial situation of the company depending on the results of financial analysis.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

This master‘s thesis is focused on the creation of a financial plan for the company Autoškola Kalvoda s. r. o. The first part of this thesis deals with theoretical knowledge about the financial plan, its structure, types and procedure of compilation. In order to compile a financial plan, it is necessary to compile a strategic and financial analysis. These analyzes are performed in the practical part of the work. In the third part of the thesis, the financial plan for the period 2020-2023 is compiled in the variant of optimistic, pessimistic and subsequently evaluated plan.
