Design of automatic feeder of movable shelfs of storage system SSL LogiMat
Stoklásek, Tomáš ; Dlesk, Daniel (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is automatic movable shelves feeder design. the feeder is part of vertical lift storage system Logimat Total weight of movable shelf is 760 kg. The technical report contains feeder design calculation, feeder’s main parts strength calculation and the design of the way of picking the movable shelf from the storage lift. The report also contains feeder’s frame strength analysis using finite element method and sensor design for motion control.
Manufacturing of driving chain gear
Řiháček, Jan ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
This thesis deals with the production of driving chain gear, made from sheet metal 14 220.3, with a thickness of 8.0 mm. Set production series is 150 000 pieces per year. After the analysis of possible production methods was choosed fine-blanking technology as productive metod. It was elaborate the proposal of technological solution and constructional design involves selecting of the appropriate blank (sheet metal 8 x 1250 x 2500 mm), design of cutting tool with its documentation and the choice of production machine (triple-action hydraulic press Feintool HFA 3200 plus). In the last part of thesis was done an economical evaluation to assess the efficiency of the production.
Project of service lift
Odvárka, Tomáš ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deal with project of servis lift drive by special mechanism using thrust chain. There are designed and descrobed the most importana construction unit of servis lift in the this thesis. The calculation as tha static for the main part sof the lift are included in the constructional analysis. The most attention is pay to drive, which is consist of eletric motor, clech, gearbox, break and imposition of sprocket wheel.
Proposal production of a chain wheel with the unconventional methods of machining use
Mikeš, David ; Kubík, Roman (referee) ; Dvořák, Jaromír (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the application of unconventional methods in machining (use of laser and hydro-abrasive beam) during chain wheel production. Firstly, the unconventional methods are divided according to the overwhelming effect of material separation, and then these methods are briefly described. In the second part of the thesis, you can find the technological process of chain wheel production with the usage of cutting operation method, which is followed by the assessment of production costs. Afterwards, the chain wheel is produced with the application of laser and hydro-abrasive beam. The final part of the thesis contains comparison between the unconventional methods and the conventional method of cutting operation. The comparison is based on the achieved structure of surface of the gear tooth, the production time and the economic point of view.
Differential tackle
Rada, Stanislav ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and construction of self-locking differential tackle, which will have a capacity of 300 kg and its Maximum lift height is 7000 mm. The aim of this work is to design self-locking tackle with an assessment of the limits of safety and self-locking. It contains important design strength calculations with special look on manual handling. Design documentation is included in this thesis.
Project of special manipulator
Martinů, Jan ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis describes the design of a special manipulator, driven by a special mechanism with a pushed chain. The chain is conducted from the bottom branch of a horizontal guide slot via a chain wheel to the upper branch of a guide slot. To the end of the chain there is connected a frame manipulator via a tap connection. In this work there are described and suggested the most important component units of a manipulator, including a drive.
Cutting components with higher accuracy to size
Steiner, Jaromír ; Varjan, Matúš (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
The main topic of this thesis is the fineblanking technology with a vee-ring which was chosen as the most suitable solution. The aim is a design and an assessment of technologicity of the selected component, a draft of the structural design of the tool and an economic evalua-tion of the project. The chain wheel has been designed from structural steel 11500; parameters have been evaluated as appropriate. The instrument has been designed as two-station progressive tool for single-row layout of the fineblanked parts with a moving punch; the vee-ring is positioned both to the blanking plate and to the vee-ring plate. The press was chosen on the basis of the calculated shearing force by Feintool Company. At the selected batch 500,000 units, 5.1 CZK per fineblanket part has been calculated.
Creeper
Kadla, Zdeněk ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the creeper for technological production line. Part of this thesis is the technical report with analysis and calculation of the proposed solution, describing the ultimate possibility of chain drives and different types of chain. Attached to the project is drawing documentation containing the plan of the facility, subassembly drive chain tension and the detailed drawing of the drive chain wheel.
Project of service lift
Šarman, Michal ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design a service lift according to given parameters, which is actuated by a special mechanism featuring a thrust chain. The opening of the thesis presents basic categorization of lifts. Following chapters are dealing with the design of the lift itself, including selection of components and functional calculation according to ČSN EN 81-1. The final part contains technical comparison with hydraulic lifts. Relevant technical drawings are also part of the thesis.
Differential tackle
Žák, Petr ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the proposal and calculation of self-locking differential tackle with lifting capacity of 450kg 3.8m lift. It includes among others proposal of construction free and fixed pulley block, the choice of hand and hoist chain in common with calculation of sprockets to afore mentioned chains. It performs important strength calculations with assessment limits and self-locking safety taking into account the manual manipulation. There is a drawing documentation according to the topic of the bachelor´s thesis, attached to this document.
