Ritterkreuz: Action Game with Artificial Intelligence
Kubala, Jan ; Vlnas, Michal (referee) ; Milet, Tomáš (advisor)

Stress-deformation analysis of the high voltage transmission tower
Kuběna, Tomáš ; Pokorný, Jan (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
The thesis deals with the analysis of a high voltage power pole near the village Lešná, whose collapse will cause an outage of the electricity network in the area. The model of the pole was created on the basis of drawings provided by Arpex Moravia s.r.o. The pole is designed as a truss system using the general node method, subjected to the weight of the structure, wind and the weight of live conductors. The analytical calculation is performed in Matlab and then verified by numerical calculation in Ansys Workbench. When the pole is subjected to all previously mentioned loads, the maximum deformation has a magnitude of u_max=18.89 mm, which is mostly affected by the wind action. The resulting safety to elastic limit state is k_MSP=23.95. The pole is operated with sufficient safety and collapse will not occur under normal operating conditions.
Utilization of polymerase chain reaction technique for identification of probiotics in Makgeolli rice drink
Drápelová, Aneta ; Trachtová, Štěpánka (referee) ; Smetana, Jan (advisor)
The Bachelor’s thesis is divided into two parts, namely theoretical and experimental. The theoretical part provides a definition of probiotics, representatives of these probiotic microorganisms, and their use in clinical practice as well as in the fermentation process. Furthermore, the mechanisms of action of probiotics in the organism are described. In the experimental part, the presence of probiotics in commercial and homemade makgeolli products is analyzed using polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
Methods for Playing the Game 'Liar's Dice' Using Dynamic Programming
Lohn, Marek ; Šátek, Václav (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
This project is about Methods of playing game Liar’s Dice using dynamic programming. The algorithm that was chosen for my study is SARSA, short for State Action Reward State Action algorithm. It is a modified version of algorithm named Q-Learning. It comparing algorithm SARSA with other algorithms by letting them play against each other in application, that was made in Unity Engine. Algorithms that were compared to SARSA are Q-Learning and Counterfactual Regret Minimization. SARSA achieved a 69,147 % win ratio in a game against Q-Learning. In games against Counterfactual Regret Minimization it was only 25 % win ratio. The main outcome of this study is that modified SARSA is effective against Q-Learning algorithm in a game of Liar’s Dice. On the other hand the SARSA algorithm was very ineffective against the Counterfactual Regret Minimization algorithm.
Quality assurance in series production
Pecl, Matěj ; Maradová, Karla (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of quality assurance in series production. The main objective of the thesis is to research suitable quality control tools and application of selected tools to actual production. The thesis describes the selected series production and the quality requirements for such a production. Furthermore, the quality indicators monitored in the company where the selected production is located are described. A research of quality tools and a classification of the tools used in the company in terms of their use was conducted. Finally, the paper concludes with analyses of real data from the production, which were conducted using Pareto diagram and histogram The main cause of internal scrap, which is the screwing process, has been identified from these analyses. Corrective actions and monitoring of the situation were recommended. As the screwing process is unstable on other production lines, it was decided to change the product and process design.
Analysis of the introduction of robotic workplaces from the point of view of the end user with a focus on current automation trends
Mironov, Filip ; Staněk, Kamil (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
This thesis dedicates itself to implementation of robotic workplaces. Characterization, analysis and optimalization of each step, that must be undertaken by end user when realizing such workplace. Table of recommendations, that lead to successful implementation of robotic workplace is put together. Firstly, all automation components are described and defined, beginning with robotic arm, through energy source and ending with control systems. Step by step actions undertaken in order to complete such implementation are described in following chapter, including chosen technologies used in innovative assemblies in comparison to their downsides and difficulties with implementation. The output of this thesis is a simple guide for end user.
Around Everything I've Got
Moštěk, Richard ; Chomová, Juliána (referee) ; Vaněk, Vojtěch (advisor)
The central motif of my bachelor's thesis is the expansion of a fictitious universe with the help of displacement the boundary of the perception of the object as an image when entering the space. I'm trying to find an edge the perception of the image as a documentation of fictional stories on canvas, versus an artefact in spite identical use of material and technical process. I am exploring the limits of the canvas stretched on the frame and approaches to "multispectality" through which the work can track. The stylization of the painting is influenced by the aesthetics of the first digital feature films animated films and video games from the 1990s and 2000s. The default connecting point for the individual works are a relationship between a wooden frame, cotton canvas and oil paint. Imaginary point zero. The timeless narrative mirrors the significant features and patterns of human action society, including my inevitably subjective point of view. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a set of oil paintings with exaggeration reflecting civilization's reluctance to mature to the long term sustainability. The final output of my project is an installation of paintings/creating objects the scene for the viewer himself – the third person.

Dashboard for Smart Home Status Focused on Low Consumption Installations
Fišer, Tomáš ; Hynek, Jiří (referee) ; John, Petr (advisor)
In the rapidly evolving concept of IoT, or a network consisting of physical devices with electronic and software capabilities to interconnect and collaborate to perform autonomous actions without human intervention, dashboards are an important element for users, providing data visualizations and controls over data. This work deals with the creation of a dashboard that has as main goals low energy consumption compared to traditional solutions, simple control interface and clear data visualization. It tries to meet the parameter of low power consumption by using energy efficient computing hardware, ESP32 microcontroller and by using E-ink display panel which again has low power consumption. The resulting dashboard should be able to run on batteries for long periods of time without the need to replace or recharge the batteries.
