History and perspective of multilevelled school specified on Jicin region

The target of this diploma thesis has been to process the development of Multileveled School in Jičíněves (district of Jičín) and to demonstrate benefit of the acquired knowledge for school work. The theoretic part devotes to the study of Jičíněves school commemorative books and in a wider view also whole Jičín region. Insight into the development, present position and perspective of the elementary education in the Czech lands with the focus on multileveled schools goes before these chapters. Historic methods and document content analysis has been used for this work. The practice part describes the project realized with pupils of primary school age. Its target has been to acquaint the pupils with history of the school in Jičíněves through activated methods and to impress on their attitude to the school and the place they live. Survey of present situation and perspective of multileveled schools in Jičín region including the school in Jičíněves has been done through the questionnaires and interviews. Vitality of the multileveled schools has been evaluated by analysis of the result.
Relationship between school headmaster and municipality as it's founder

The subject of the thesis is the relationship between the director of the school and local authority as its founder. The thesis explains the concepts that defines this relationship and influence this relationship the most. The aim was to use empirical research, mapping and analysis of problem areas of relationship from the view of both sides, the directors and founders. And to use synthesi sof thein views to find the most suitable solution. The questionnaire survey of two groups of respondents, directors and founders confirmed most problematic area in the field of relationship between headmaster and founder. The conclusion contains suggestions for possible solutions to improve the relationship with the director and founder.

The theoretical part describes both general procedures of selection procedures together with other methods, and selection procedures for a managing position in education. It is based on theoretical knowledge of the issue, from special literature and other available sources, practical part is based on gathering datas from questionnaire ant its analysis. It is focused on lifelong education concept development, strategical documents, tasks, autority and professional growth of headmasters in the Czech republic and in chosen countries of European union. It states stages and lifelong learning attributes, components and functions of lifelong learning, further education, the importance of situation in the area of lifelong education in the Czech Republic. (Historical) development of the school management and its influence on the development of the education system in Kralovice

The Master's thesis deals with the history of education system in the Czech Republic and with the school management as closely related to the issue. The main focus is put on the historical development of the education system and its management in the town of Kralovice, West Bohemia. The aim of the thesis is therefore to demonstrate the gradual development and changes of the system in connection with the development of the school management within the mentioned territory. In particular, the most significant reforms and events affecting the education system are analysed in the study. The comprehensive view on the general development of the system and its management produced by the thesis can be beneficial for the pedagogical and administrative employees of every management level as well as for the local teachers, students and inhabitants of Kralovice.
Management activities of authorities providing common part of school -leaving examination in the initial phase in 2011

Graduation exam from 2011 consists of two parts - a common (state) and profile (school). The first plan to hold this form of school-leaving examination appeared for the first government of Vaclav Klaus (Minister of Education Pilip) in 1994. The other nine governments have failed to agree on the form and implementation of school-leaving examination. The agreement was successful in August 2010 during the government of Peter Necas and Education Minister Josef Dobes. The aim was to evaluate the opinions of directors and commissioners of secondary schools of the Středočeský kraj for management activities associated with the common part of school- leaving examination in the initial phase in 2011 and assess whether there are critical points of sub-management activities, and may propose their modification.
Founder's evaluation of headmasters of leisure time centers

The aim of this dissertation is to describe current state of evaluation of leisure time centres' directors, approaching the topic from the point of view of a superior institution that adjusts reward amounts. Firstly, the paper classifies leisure time centres in the Czech education system. Then, it goes on to describe current state of these centres in the Czech Republic, including funding, youth workers and laws that influence activities of particular directors and superior institutions. After that, the work focuses on the topic of directors' evaluation from various aspects. It describes evaluation methods that can be used in the process, including the procedure of adjusting reward amounts. Then, the work analyses particular kriteria that are published in certain cases by superior institutions at their web pages. It describes the most common evaluation criteria and procedures, seen both from the position of leisure time centres' directors and from their superior institutions. At the end, there are recommendations for superior institutions that can be used in the process of adjusting reward amounts for leisure time centres' directors.
The social climate of the teaching staff

The bachelor paper is focused on the topic of the teaching staff climate. The paper is divided into two main parts. The first part deals with theoretical solutions of set issues basic concepts, description of chosen factors that influence the climate, and research tools that can be used for studying the societal climate. The second (research) part describes the methodology of the research. Standardized questionnaire OCDQ-RS was selected as the research tool. The results, taken at a high school by the author, are depicted and interpreted afterwards, and discussed and compared with the already existing results in this field. The results show that the societal climate of the researched high school is quite open and the teachers are highly involved. There were no significant differences in compared subgroups. The bachelor paper is going to be provided to the management of high school where the research took place, and it can be useful as the source of information for future research studies in this area.
