This master thesis deals with motivation and evaluation of employees in the company Zdeněk Maixner - ANTIKOR, s.r.o. The thesis is devided into three parts. In the initial part of thesis focuses on theoretical knowledge concerning topics of motivation and evaluation of employees. The second part focuses on the analysis of the company, the current system of motivation, evaluation and compensation. The last part is dedicated to suggestions that will improve the system of motivation and evaluation of staff.
Fluctuation and Motivation System in the Selected Company

This diploma thesis deals with the topis of the motivation and demotivation factors and associated high fluctuations in selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and own proposal. The theoretical part is devoted to explaining the concepts of motivation, fluctuation, employee satisfaction and remuneration. Analytical part focuses first on the description of the selected company and its current incentive and compensation system. There is also an interpreted research on selected issues. The final part presents proposals for improving the current situation based on the results of research among current and former employees.
Analysis of the employee benefits

This bachelor thesis focuses on providing benefits for employees and aims on discovering employee´s familiarity and satisfaction with the system of benefits in a chosen company. The thesis is divided into two sections. First part is theoretical, it defines the term employee benefits, their meaning, objectives, ways of providing etc. The practical part is dedicated to the company IMS Health and it describes its system of employee benefits. For discovering employee´s familiarity and satisfaction with the system was made a research between them in form of a questionnaire survey. In the conclusion of the thesis is an evaluation of results from the research and appraisal of the system, including potential suggestions for changes.
Benefits as a tool for motivating employees

This bachelor work aims to explain updating of benefit system in company X along with employee satisfaction and their motivation. Firstly, in theoretical section, I will explain benefits generally, what is their use and what motivation should it give to employee. I am also going to specify basic terms of benefits and afterwards I will continue to talk about benefit problematics. In this section, my main sources are academic books and other scripts. Furthermore, in practical section, I am going to aim for updating benefit system in company X, which is several years old. Related to this topic, there are many areas I will talk about, such as employee satisfaction and their motivation. For this research, I have chosen question-form research, which is a quantitative research method. Employee of X company will be answering six questions, five of them will be mandatory and one optional. Questions refer to existing current benefit system in firm. Recommended solutions will be presented from final answers of research. These recommendations should lead to higher employee satisfaction, motivation and job performance.
The influence of the applied leadership and management styles on employee performance

The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of the leadership and management styles on the determinants of employee performance. The main goal of the thesis is to broaden the horizons in the field of leadership and management approaches, and to point out the impact of specific styles on performance. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of leadership and management, summarizes the styles of leadership, concentrates also on the issues of performance and its determinants. The practical part includes analysis of expert articles and comparison of selected countries based of performance factors. Each research has its own assumptions, model, specific saving and presentation of results. Finally, recommendations are set for use in a practical environment.
Employee motivation and employee benefits of the chosen company

The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out the motivation and satisfaction of employees with regard to employee benefits provided by state-owned Medical Spa Janské Lázně based on theoretical knowledge and questionnaire survey. In the first chapter the reader is closer acquainted with the term job satisfaction and its factors. The second chapter relates to the definition and meaning of the term employee motivation, explanation of a process of motivation and some theories, which are examining and describing how motivation works and how influences human behaviour. The next section clarifies what is meant by the term stimulation and stimulation tools. The fourth chapter focuses on employee benefits, their meaning, pros and cons, their dividing into several groups, description of fixed and flexible system of providing employee benefits and sorting them by tax aspects. The fifth chapter is devoted to spas and spa care in the Czech Republic, the characteristics of spas in the country and the history of Medical Spa Janské Lázně. Moreover, reader can find here types of spa treatments, which the mentioned spa specializes in and also organizational structure focusing on characteristics of personnel department of Medical Spa Janské Lázně. In the conclusion of this thesis the author deals with the motivation system of Medical Spa Janské Lázně with regard to employee benefits which was conducted by way of questionnaire. Furthermore, in this last part, there are presented results of the author's own research with the recommendations that could improve current situation in the company.
Organizational culture of healthcare organization and its impact on employee satisfaction and stabilization

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the employee satisfaction in the regional hospital in Trutnov. The researched questions are the influences on the tendency to quit and the aspects which motivate the respondents to stay at their posts. It contains a theoretical point of the theme discussing concepts of the organization, organizational culture and satisfaction. In the practical part there is an analysis that focuses on the questionnaires, in-depth interviews and brainstorming with the head nurses. This research is focused on the satisfaction with aspects of the job description, working environment and job evaluation. These items are divided into four segments according to the level of satisfaction and importance (significance for the respondents). All of the items are subjected to testing independence with tendencies to resign. The results of the analysis are confronted with the selected theories of the HR management and employee care, satisfaction and organizational culture. Engagement in organizational context

This thesis focuses on identification of predictors and conditions of employee engagement in organizational context. The theoretical part of this work is aimed on various approaches to identifying and measuring employee engagement, including modern approaches and methods. Theoretical concepts concerning gender and workplace diversity are also viewed, in order to identify engagement predictors. The empirical part consists of a research that identifies predictors and conditions of engagement in a specific organization. Statistical analyses and interpretations are made, based on the collected data. This thesis primarily aims to enrich Czech scientific literature concerning this topic by providing practical information and data from a manufacturing company. 2
Statisfaction and Motivation of Employees of Selected Company

The theoretical part of the master thesis presents motivation, its significance for society and for the overall employee satisfaction. The practical part describes the current situation in company, using a questionnaire. Subsequently, the work will focus on the relationship between satisfaction levels and characteristics of employees. In conclusion, there are proposals that will lead to improved current level of motivation and satisfaction in order to secondarily reduce staff turnover.
