Teoretická část práce pojednává o motivaci, jejím významu pro společnost a o celkové spokojenosti pracovníků. V praktické části je popsán současný stav ve společnosti za použití dotazníkového šetření. Následně se práce zaměří na vztah mezi mírou spokojenosti a charakteristikou zaměstnanců. V závěru jsou předloženy návrhy, které povedou jak ke zlepšení současné úrovně motivace a spokojenosti, tak sekundárně sníží fluktuaci zaměstnanců. The theoretical part of the master thesis presents motivation, its significance for society and for the overall employee satisfaction. The practical part describes the current situation in company, using a questionnaire. Subsequently, the work will focus on the relationship between satisfaction levels and characteristics of employees. In conclusion, there are proposals that will lead to improved current level of motivation and satisfaction in order to secondarily reduce staff turnover.
