Design of evaluation network for in-vehicle networking communication chips

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo navrhnout moduly určené k demonstraci a testování některých obvodů, používaných v automobilové technice. Jedná se o LIN transceiver NCV7420 a osmivýstupový výkonový budič AMIS-39101. Návrh spočíval ve vybrání a popisu parametrů vhodných podpůrných obvodů, vytvoření celkového schématu a navržení desky plošných spojů tohoto modulu s ohledem na kompaktní rozměry a předpokládané testy. Dalším krokem byla tvorba firmware řídicího mikrokontroléru (C8051F344), jež zajišťuje LIN komunikaci, řízení budiče a základní monitorovací funkce. Poslední část popisuje software pro hostitelský PC umožňující komfortní řízení sítě složené z těchto modulů. Pro úplnost byl tento projekt doplněn o přehled vlastností sběrnice LIN a metodiky testování LIN transceiveru z hlediska funkčních parametrů i některých EMC měření. V příloha obsahuje kompletní schéma modulu, výkresy desek plošných spojů, seznam řídicích příkazů a fotografie modulu.

Design of the LVDS bus with hight EMC immunity

My thesis deals with project of LVDS busbar with high resistivity with regard to disturbance from surroundings and radiation undesirable electromagnetic waves into its environment. Project of LVDS busbar was elaborated by numeric methods and it was suggested optimal solution of the shape and material of multiply technology DPS. The project was realized on desired driving-point impenance of busbar Z=100 ohm with frequency f1=100 MHz of the first harmonic component rectangular signal of defind modality, entering and diagonal edge.

Communication with external devices by I2C bus

This diploma paper deals with the data bus line I2C and a supportive demonstration tool for the subject Microprocessor technology taught at the Radioelectronics faculty. The data bus line I2C is convenient when short-distance data transmission with restricted spatial possibilities is required but high velocity of data transmission is not necessary. The tool is compiled in such a way that enables it to also perform other tasks apart from those dealing with the I2C data bus line. The data bus line in the tool is utilized for transmission of date, time, temperature, data for the D/A converter, data from and to the EEPROM memory and data to 16 bits expander.

The text describes the management system model railroad. The work contains information on the technical management solutions, elements which are components of both the management and the model railroad. The work also contains information about the communication between these elements. The aim is to evaluate the current state management model railroad and propose any new technical or communication elements that could improve the model and create a simulation model railroad management in program Control Web 6.1.

Connection measuring buses to the PC

This thesis concerns description of structure and explanation of data bus I2C and 1-Wire communication, their connection to user´s PC through RS232 connector and sequential software development among user´s PC and data buses in program language Visual Basic 6.0. These will be added to this thesis on compact disk.
