A competitivefighting on the railwey Prague-Ostrava in the czech daily newspapers
Zemanová, Lucie ; Jirků, Jan (advisor) ; Vysloužilová, Kristýna (referee)
The thesis titled A Competitive Fighting on the Railway Prague-Ostrava in the Czech Daily Newspapers deals with the way the media informed about what was happening on the railway during the onset of the third carrier on this route in the period from 1. 10. 2012 to 1. 2. 2013. The author draws on theories about the objectivity and impartiality of the media, which assumes that the media will be informed about what is happening on the railways from different perspectives and give equal space to comment that to all carriers. In the introduction of the thesis the essential concepts of the subject, such as competition and competitiveness, were defined as well as the theoretical concepts of objectivity and impartiality of the press, which the research was based on. The profiles of competitive transport Czech Railways, STUDENT AGENCY and LEO Express are parts of the work as well as the significant events on the railways in the period examined. Research methodology, which the research techniques have been identified in and the analysed material have been specified, belongs to the important theoretical parts of the thesis. The thesis is based on the quantitative analysis of sixty-one relevant articles dedicated to rail between 1. 10. 2012 and 1. 2. 2013. Contributions by MF DNES, Lidové noviny and...
Applications Based on Generator of Test Cases
Leonteva, Valeriia ; Bardonek, Petr (referee) ; Strnadel, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create an overview of the current state of tools that allow automatic generation of test cases and select one tool to show how it works and its ability to generate executable tests. The UPPAAL program was chosen for the following work. Tool allows to create a model of the selected system using timed automata, verify and simulate its operation and create a test case for the system. In the results, the tool generates a path through the system, which can be saved in the form of executable test cases in any programming language. Three different systems were chosen for testing: a light switch system implemented in Java; 2-bit multiplier, which behavior is described by Verilog language; and a simplified elevator system, which working process is introduced in C language. As a result, executable test cases were obtained for selected systems along with their features such as system coverage, number of steps to achieve goals, and quality of generated paths.
CNV detection in the sequencing data
Pleskačová, Barbora ; Škutková, Helena (referee) ; Jugas, Robin (advisor)
Copy number variation detection in prokaryotic organisms is currently receiving more and more attention, mainly due to the association of CNV with pathogenicity and antibiotic resistance in bacteria. The algorithm designed in this thesis uses peak detection in sequencing coverage to detect CNV segments. Read coverage is commonly obtained by mapping sequencing reads of one individual to an already known reference of another individual of the same species. However, two individuals will always differ in a certain number of genes, resulting in unmapped reads that are unnecessarily discarded. Therefore, this work assumes that the biological accuracy of CNV detection can be increased by using a new reference that is created from the same set of reads as the reads mapped to this reference. Sequencing reads of Klebsiella pneumoniae individuals are used to verify this assertion.
Software for cameras configuration design of the panoramic system
Jílek, Michal ; Grenar, David (referee) ; Kříž, Petr (advisor)
This work deals with software design in C ++ language and with graphical output using OpenGL for scanning tribune lenses of cameras with different parameters so that the user lens configurations are known beforehand in order to create panoramic coverage of the stadium stadium. The principle of image capture, lens parameters, and formulas for calculating their appropriate layout on the stadium to collect a panoramic image together is discussed. These are: focal length, viewing angles, coverage calculations, image resolution. Furthermore, a draft program implementing the issue.
Experimental Network Coverage Measurement
Štrajt, Martin
The primary focus of my project is a long-range low-power communication technology called LoRaWAN. It contains the definition and integration of Low Power WAN Networks and also lists of some uses and some examples of representative. The theoretical part explains in detail the used modulation, frequency and associated limitations. The practical part includes simulation of coverage with a description of the simulation method and the last chapter of the measurement, which describes the description of the measuring device, the measurement methodology and a brief outline of the connection the device to the network.
Evaluation of legume cover foundation and state in operating areas
TUPÁ, Kateřina
The diploma thesis deals in the first part with the importance and the characteristics of the most famous and the most cultivated clover crops in our country. Clover crops distinctly increase yield of fodder crops and production in temporary and permanent grasslands with a low fertilizer requirement. The production of high-quality bulky feed on the arable land and on permanent grasslands leads to a higher nutrients concentration for high-performance animals. The second part of this thesis is focused on the own monitoring of the Hare's-foot clover, where operating areas was chosen in the South Bohemian region. On operating areas, which were 1-year, 2-years, 3-years old, there was studied the manner of planting, the quantity of plants and stems per 1 m2 and the yield of fodder crops of one of the most important clovers cultivated in the Czech Republic were determined by a numerical method. In conclusion, the methods of regulation of yield of fodder crops and quality of crop production take into account agrotechnical and technological procedures, cultivated crops and, last but not least, agricultural machines affect the quality and condition of the growths. Because fodder is important not only for good forage, but also for non-production functions, environmental protection, landscape creation, revitalization and species diversity.

Analisis of selected activities of individuals without the ball in volleyball with specialization blocker
Knoblochová, Michaela ; Buchtel, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Vorálek, Rostislav (referee)
The bachelor thesis deals with activities of players especially blockers without ball, mainly in defence and to a lesser extent in offensive situations. These situations are analysed via selected sequences in the software DartFish. The first theoretical part introduces the reader generally to volleyball as a ball game. It characterises individual game activities whereas it is focused on blocking which is closely described in a separate chapter. The end of the theoretical part brings basic information about the specialised software used in volleyball - Datavolley, DartFish. The second research part analyses single activities and moves of a blocker without ball at the net first of all in defence and in lesser frequency in offence. It evaluates specific measurements of blocker's moves which have been taken via DartFish software on players in view. Based on the measurement results it recommends the most effective type of blocker's move considering distance. Key words: block, blocker's moves, somatic factors, game performance, volleyball rally, Datavolley, DartFish, defence, coverage
