My thesis is generally focused on employee remuneration system, however the main focus is on wage forms and their influence on emploees‘ motivation. My thesis is useful for both actual employers and future employers or casual people interested in this topic. The outcome of the research properly describes wage forms and contains suggestions for improvement of particular wage forms and contributes to overall increase in effectiveness of chosen remuneration system.

Proposal For an Employee Evaluation and Reward System at a Selected Company

The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of workers, their stimulation and motivation of employees to work more efficiently. The content and the semantic content of the remuneration, motivation and stimulation is described in the theoretical part. Theoretical knowledge was used to evaluate the current system of remuneration of workers´ remuneration in a business department of a selected company. Based on assessment of the current state of the remuneration system, there have been identified its shortcomings and mistakes, and subsequently recommended procedures for their solutions.

This master thesis is focused on emloyee remuneration in the selected company. The theoretical part defines basic concepts of employee remuneration. The analytic part deals with analysis of internal and external factors influencing the employee remuneration system in the selected company including an employee questionnaire survey and structured interview. In final part of thesis are recommended changes of employee remuneration system for increased employee motivation and satisfaction

This thesis deals with a system of remuneration and motivation of workers in a particular company. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge associated with the topic. The second part is focused on a specific company. Here we focus in detail on reward and motivate employees. Based on the data I suggest ideas to improve this system in a company. The new pay system aims to increase output and employment eligibility of workers.

Employee Remuneration at LIKO SADEK, Ltd and its Effect on Motivation

The theses deals with remuneration system in selected business with accent of possible resources of employees benefit rendition for supporting increase of motivation, productivity of labour and employees satisfaction. The first part of the theses is focused on explanation of basic concepts in remuneration area. In the second part the current system of renumeration is evaluated based on made analysis. The attention of the analysis was centred on benefits provided to employees. Based on detected facts it was then followed by examination of benefits suitability as motivational and employee satisfaction tool. Action plan suggestion with emphasis on employees benefits was made from the analysis results which should improve the current renumeration system.

Concept for Motivational System Change in a Company

The aim of the Master's thesis is the proposal changes in the current system of employee motivacion. The theoretical part focuses on personal management, motivation, relationships between motivation and job satisfaction. It also concern with types of employee benefits. The practical part analyzes and evaluates existing system of employee benefits. There are established employee benefits that the company provides. Based on the survey's staff assessed the current system of employee motivation in a company. In conclusion, the data are obtained for design changes in the motivation of employees.
