The development of swimming efficiency of applicants for study of physical education and sport with focus on education at Faculty of Education, Charles University

This diploma thesis is engaged in development of swimming efficiency of applicants for study of physical education and sport with focus on education at Faculty of Education, Charles University. It finds out which swimming style is most frequently chosen by the applicants depending on sex and who is more successful during the entrance exam whether males or females. It estimates how do applicants prepare for a swimming part of talent exam and how long. The work processes five-year swimming part report of talent exam at the department of physical education. Method of quantitative research was used for solving and the data are processed by statistical methods. It uses comparing of acquired data. By the performed research we found out that the most frequently chosen swimming style is crawl and breaststroke was more frequently chosen by females. Males prefer the fastest swimming style more often than females. Males were more successful in entrance exam than females and the equal number of males and females did not finished designated distance. The work shows that the number of unsuccessful applicants in the point evaluation increases over the years. The most applicants prepare themselves from available sources. Offer of the Construction Company to Public Tender

The thesis addresses the process of assigning construction contracts and its acquisition from the perspective of the construction company. The task is focused on creating public tender`s price propositions by the contender. These findings are from my own personal experience as I was involved in the creation of this particular price proposition. At the time of publication of this tender I worked in a construction company INSKY spol. s r.o. which is mentioned in this thesis. I described the terms which you may encounter during assignment, the progress and the finalization of the contract of the public tender.

This bachelor thesis deals with the subject of the Czech National Quality Award. It introduces the nature of the award and its influence on the organizations. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first section examines the factual information concerning the Czech National Quality Award. It describes its history from the beginnings to these days. The second part provides the reflection on the impact of the Award on the winning organization, on its employees, and its position in the Czech and international markets.

It includes analysis of unemployment structure in relation to age, aducation, state of health and unemployment lenght. This diploma work also includes proposed solutions and measures that could contribute to the reduction of the unemployment rate in the region Chrudim.

Financing of Public Building Order from the Aspect of Supplier

Financing of construction contracts is one of the most important phases, where aim of every construction company, is to achieve the highest profit, thus ensuring the business. To the financing of construction contracts are used the own and mostly foreign sources. The procurement is linked with using subsidies from the European Union. In the theoretical part of this thesis there are described the basic concepts relating to public contracts pursuant to Act No. 137/2006 Sb. and financing, both in terms of suppliers and contracting authorities and the actual course of implementation. The practical part deals with the financing of specific public construction contract.

The bachelor thesis is dealing with small-scale public contracts of building works. It is examining the methods of instructions and contender's evaluation of specific public contract. Firstly the work describes theoretical part of public contracts, their division, terms and definitions, that reader was informed in the second part of bachelor thesis. This one is examining specific public contract. There is also evaluated method of instruction used evaluation criteria and next is designed own method of instruction and evaluation criteria. The result of the practical part is comparison of methods of instructions specific public contract of building works.

The diploma thesis analyzes the marketing strategy of selected secondary school, with regard to the interest of the potential applicants for study. It specifies the basic principles of marketing, especially of school marketing. By questionnaire survey was to determine the factors that most affect future applicants for study. On the base of the research results it was made a proposal of measures for the school management to increase the interest of the that secondary school.
