Optimization of Aircraft Tracker Parameters

Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací systému pro sledování letadel, využívaného pro řízení letového provozu. Je popsána metodika vyhodnocování přesnosti sledovacího systému a přehled relevantních algoritmů pro sledování objektů. Dále jsou navrženy tři přístupy k řešení problému. První se pokouší identifikovat parametry filtrovacích algoritmů pomocí algoritmu Expectation-Maximisation, implementací metody maximální věrohodnosti. Druhý přístup je založen na prostých odhadech parametrů normálního rozložení z naměřených a referenčních dat. Nakonec je zkoumána možnost řešení pomocí optimalizačního algoritmu Evoluční strategie. Závěrečné vyhodnocení ukazuje, že třetí přístup je pro daný problém nejvhodnější.

Virtual Filesystem to Access Contents of Archive Files

This bachelors's thesis describes design and implementation of a console application, which could be used for creation of virtual filesystems from archive files. These virtual filesystems are managed by the means of the FUSE library. Application supports several types of archive files, for some of them even write support is implemented. Support for additional types could be easily integrated via designed interface.

v anglickém jazyce Financial law aspects of collective real estate investments in the Czech Republic The primary objective of the thesis is to analyse how the financial law regulating collective investments and their taxation is applied to collective real estate investments in the Czech Republic. In the introduction, the thesis positions the relevant legal regulation within the framework of the theoretical classification of the financial law system and demonstrates the importance of collective real estate investments by pointing out the number of entities operating on the market and the volume of assets managed within this investment activity. The thesis discusses the main sources of law, both formal and material, relevant to the field of collective investment and its taxation. With regard to key legislation, the thesis emphasises in particular Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds, as amended, and the subordinate legislation implementing this regulation. Rain detention project

Bachelor´s thesis deals with design and assessment of reinforced concrete rain detention tank, which is made of two parts, rain detention tank and filling water station. Design is done using assigned geometry. Assessment includes ultimate limit states and serviceability limit states. The thesis contains also drawing documentation, which includes shape drawing and reinforcement drawings.

Recognizance of a debt The thesis aims to provide overview of judicial and doctrinal solutions of particular issues regarding the recognizance of a debt (as governed by the Czech Commercial Code) and to discuss to what extent the generally accepted solutions could stand up once the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the "New Civil Code") becomes effective. Following the general introduction the recognizance of a debt is described together with similar legal instruments. Then the thesis focuses on particular issues associated with the instrument of recognizance of a debt, such as methods of identification of the debt being recognized, relationship between recognizance of a debt and set-off, ways of explicit and implicit recognizance of a debt etc. The thesis emphasizes the judicial solutions of these issues and the respective doctrinal scrutiny. The commercial law regulation (as governed by the Act No. 513/1991 Coll., the Commercial Code) is of the main importance. If appropriate, the civil law regulation (as governed by the Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code) is used. Protection of investors and depositors in the financial market in the Czech republic - a comparative study

The diploma thesis deals primarily with consumer protection in the capital market in the Czech Republic. It compares the situation in the capital market with conditions existing in the banking sector. It emphasizes the importance and possible consequences of upcoming pension reform in the Czech Republic in 2011. The first part of the thesis describes capital market structure and its functioning, analyses financial position of Czech households and contemplates the reasons that can lead to consumer protection in financial markets. The second part of the thesis deals with specific protective tools that are used in the Czech Republic to protect consumer. It analyses tools that are implemented to protect consumers' financial assets and tools associated with distribution of financial services and information requirements imposed on financial intermediaries. The thesis analyses the efficiency of selected important tools (such as investor compensation schemes or investment limits).

Protection of bank client in the Czech Republic

The work deals with the protection of bank client. It seeks to answer the question whether the idea of protection of bank client can be regarded as legitimate. It defines the protection of individual client, tools that can occur on these areas and it generally describes their nature and implications. Based on this general definition it examines the level of protection of bank customer in the Czech Republic. It does so especially after the form, when analyzes the existence or absence of the relevant instruments in the domestic environment. The work also attempts to assess the quality of selected instruments used in the Czech Republic.
