This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of employee benefits in accordance with the current law. Its objective is to propose the optimal benefit structure that minimizes expenses, tax burden and the paperwork of company and employees. Based on the questionnaire survey it identifies the satisfaction of employees in a particular company with the current system of provided benefits. Then it suggests such modifications that result in greater employee satisfaction and the system optimization from tax perspective both for employers and employees.

Degenerate Art" and the Reflexion of the Great War in Works of Otto Dix and George Grosz

The most dominant features of the last century are without a doubt the two world wars, which became a subject for creations of many artists. The First World War also known as the Great War is a theme of many works of literature, which are up to now ranked as bestsellers. In contrast, the war-terrors on the canvases of German modernists are not as popular. "Degenerate Art" or "Entartete Kunst" is an important period in the history of art and the Degenerate Art Exhibition 1937 in Munich became one of the landmarks and also one of the most visited and also controversial exhibitions of all time. The boom of expressionisms at the beginning of the century and altogether the evolution of modern art presents an interesting antipole to the political transformation in Germany. On the one side, there is a new and for many misunderstood way of painting, which strongly criticized war, society, religion etc.; on the other hand, there is the Nazi ideology about the invincible nation and the vision of the classical art. War horrors were used as a matter in the works of many artists, but the most brutal and the most realistic are the works of Otto Dix and George Grosz. Drama education in beginning school attendance

Diploma thesis deals of drama education in beginning of the school attendance. The theoretical part explains the basic terms as drama education, drama education objectives, methods and techniques, personality of drama teacher. In the practical part I present a plan of dramatic lesson. The empirical part examines whether drama education can affect the climate of the class, cohesion of the team or whether it may present difficulties in social contacts. Research metods are observation, dialogue and questionnaire survey.

Reality created on Instagram from the point of view of teenagers at the age of 11 to 15

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the perceived influence of the Instagram social network on a group of adolescents aged 11-15 years. The theoretical part is divided into three parts. The first unit presents current trends in network communication and new media focused on the social network Instagram. The second unit deals with the issue of body image, the third unit provides information on the theory of social comparison. The main question of the diploma thesis is what influence of the image content shared on Instagram the researched age group perceives, how they perceive the influence on their body image, whether they compare themselves with other users and whether this content in some way inspires or influences them. The form of semi-structured interviews with seventeen respondents was chosen as the research method. The analysis of the interviews is based on the procedures of grounded theory. Through the process of open, axial and subsequently selective coding, the obtained data were processed and research questions were answered.
