Verification of quality of the cadastral map in cadastral unit Křtěnov u Olešnice

The master thesis focuses on checking the quality of a digitalised cadastral map in the cadastral district Křtěnov u Olešnice, which lays in Blansko district in South Moravian Region. Determined noticeable boundaries are compare with boundaries displayed in the cadastral map by several methods - graphically, in coordinates and on the basis of side measures. Historical maps and records of detailed measurement of changes were used to achieve the aim of the master thesis. It was completed by using VKM programme.

Evaluation of the effectiveness of the retraining offered by the Employment agency in Trutnov

Retraining represents one of the most used instruments of the active employment policy. It can be used as instrument for solving individual handicaps to employability in the supply-side of labor market, or as an instrument, that responds to current market requirements. The purpose of this study is to assess how this instrument is used in conditions of local labor market in Trutnov. Specifically, it is evaluated the status of retraining among other instruments of active employment policy, is described the structure of realized retraining and is analysed the targeting of retraining. This study aslo suggests, how to evaluate the effectiveness of retraining, which has been realised. The conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis and evaluate the use of retraining by Employment agency in Trutnov.

Effectiveness of management in nonprofit organizations

The aim of this thesis is an evaluation of effectiveness of management in non state and nonprofit sector and confrontation of theoretical knowledge and praxis based on real example of a nonprofit organization. For the evaluation of effectiveness of management I use financial analysis indicators which are modified for the nonprofit sector needs. Throughout the thesis, a series of additional questions, regarding financial sources, financial reporting problematic and report manipulation, is addressed. A considerable sphere of interest are also state interventions, their influence on nonprofit, state-run organizations and financial crisis impact. First part deals with theoretical knowledge gained from scholarly literature regarding key questions of the issues in question. The applied part is opened with the financial analysis methodology, followed by financial analysis of chosen organization itself, which is done on the basis of its financial reports.

Management vs. Leadership

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to realize a qualitative research concerning different human's approaches, while meeting the tasks and reaching goals and on its results recommend optimal approach to leading and managing employees. For realization of quantitative research has been used an observation method, which provided wide possibilities of evaluation for investigation of existing phenomenon. Through analyze of observations has been succeeded to draw the difference between management and leadership approaches depending on the level of required communication between boss and employee. The elements of the communication are predetermined by held paradigms by each participant of a discussion. They then include considerable unstated information in their opinions. First step how to change of those paradigms is to realize of existence of present paradigms.

Diploma thesis interests in problems of quality education in Czech Republic. A purpose is found out, whether is administration education on public university superior beyond on private school, and why that so is. Appearances to intricate definite quality education is here this draft aplicate in acceptable on employment market, namely from look of theory human capital and theory of signalling. Attention is finally assembly on comparing wages of university old boy, a number of teaching on university working on chief employment, number scientific rank teaching on chief employment on given school (PhD.) from look public and private school. By other part is shown establishment making quality education near employer forms questioning head-hunters and personal agencies. According to mentioned above criteria would affected compare level education on exhibits private and public universities teaching economics.

The analysis of employment in the finance and insurance sector in the Czech Republic

The main goal of this thesis is the analysis of the employment progress in one of the most prospective sectors of the Czech economy -- the finance and insurance sector. The sector is characterised and classified and the main historic, economic and legislative determinants are addressed in the theoretical part of this thesis. The main focus of the subsequent analytical part of the thesis is the employment progress of the sector from the perspective of profession, age, culture and branch. An additional goal of the thesis is to compare the labour force demand of the finance and insurance sector with the structure of school-leavers who will come into their own through the sector. I conclude the thesis by evaluating future potential trends and employment progress.

Práce se zabývá problematikou zobrazování žen a mužů v televizní reklamě. Pomocí kvantitativní obsahové analýzy zjišťuje, jak vypadají současné marketingové stereotypy v roce 2007 a hodnotí jejich vývoj. Zkoumá, jak jsou používányi muži a ženy k propagaci produktů a v jakém postavení se vzájemně v reklamě objevují. Výsledná zjištění jsou porovnána s názory veřejnosti na tuto problematiku reprezentované respondenty internetového dotaníku.
