Does the child hero change? The change of value orientation concerning a pupil of a younger school age.
Nováčková, Jitka ; Uhlířová, Jana (advisor) ; Stará, Jana (referee)
The thesis focuses on the value orientation of the first grade student in search of behavioural patterns and his future direction. In the theoretical part, it defines the pupil from the perspective of developmental psychology, especially on briefly describing the development of thinking, perception, speech, emotional and social development and the evolution of oral reasoning. It describes the differences in the development and behaviour of girls and boys. It discusses value theory in general and in relation to pupils of primary school age. It focuses at the various influences which shape pupils and which may alter their decision-making. In the empirical part, it investigates by a questionnaire survey the pupil's preferences in search of a child hero, the pupil's value ranking and his moral attitudes. The questionnaire investigation is complemented by two classworks with one class, the first of which preceded the questionnaire investigation and the second of which complemented it. The empirical part concludes with a comparison of the results with those of previous surveys. The hypothesis that pupils would look for their behavioural patterns most in virtual environments was not confirmed. On the contrary, the results and comparisons confirmed the hypothesis that pupils perceive and recognize the same...

Nováčková, Jana ; Hobst, Leonard (referee) ; Mikš, Lubomír (referee) ; Brožovský, Jiří (advisor)
Legal rules and regulations, which are engaged in forensic engineering including expert evidence’s requirements, are because of the difference of this sphere very universal and common. Due to this situation, legal orders and regulations can not standardize and harmonize expert procedures for particular branches or their specific parts. The Dissertation thesis is focused on a elaboration of the methodology procedure for expert evidence’s elaborations, which analyze defects and imperfections in new-built flats.

Vertikální migrace Cs-137 v půdním profilu do hloubky 1m
NOVÁČKOVÁ, Jana
From the point of view of long-term environmental contamination, cesium-137 is the most important element because it is absorbed into the human body, but also into the root system of plants, mosses, fungi, wild berries and wild game meat. Above all, however, it remains in different layers of the soil. Several main factors affect the distribution of radionuclides in the soil, namely rainfall, water entry into the soil, diffusion, migration through root systems, human, animal activity, etc. Monitoring its occurrence in the environment is important and involves the interference of cesium-137 with potassium. It in absorbed in the human body (about 80%) and excreted in the urine. It remains most in soft tissues and its biological half-life is 110 days. We are exposed to ionizing radiation from natural sources and human activities. Human activity causes artificial radioactivity, which is relatively small, compared to natural radioactivity, but the impact on human health can be huge. The first part of the bachelor thesis relates to the issue with the use of theoretical and scientific information, standards, law. The next part includes the methodology and results of practical measurement of soil samples. The aim was to find out which layer of soil deposits the most radioactive cesium, because it is assumed that it is still a part of it. Soil samples were taken in the protected landscape area of Šumava, in the 2nd zone of the National Park, in the Železnorudsko area, locality Nová Hůrka (Kuchyně). The site choice presented the distribution of radioactive fallout in our territory. Soil samples were take in 1 cm increments to a depth of 1 m, dried, cleaned and prepared for measurement. The samples taken were measured in the standard way at the Regional Center of the State Office for Nuclear Safety (SÚJB) in České Budějovice. The spectra obtained by measurement were evaluated using GAMWIN software. In the practical part, soil layers with a thickness of 1 cm to a depth of 1 m were taken and after their processing and preparation for measurement, the activity of cesium-137 in soil samples was measured by semiconductor gamma spectrometry. The measured results were compared with the results of previous soil samples and they were evaluated and interpreted in the bachelor's thesis. The results of the measurements showed the depth to which the maximum of cesium-137, which comes from nuclear weapons testing, and especially from the radiation accident at Chernobyl, is currently located. The aim of the work was to find out what is the depth distribution of cesium-137 in uncultivated soils and whether its migration through the soil profile is still ongoing and to confirm or refute the hypothesis of what maximum amount still occurs in the range of plant root system.
The impact of geography and subsistence on distribution of NRY haplogroups in Europe and Africa
Nováčková, Jana ; Černý, Viktor (advisor) ; Munclinger, Pavel (referee) ; Macholán, Miloš (referee)
Y chromosome is due to its special characteristics the ideal tool of archaeogenetic studies. Its diversity is influenced by several factors and I analysed two of them (geographical location and subsistence). I generated SNPs and STRs data from several loci of samples from Slovakia (156 samples, 5 regions) and sub-Saharan Africa, where I analysed samples of sedentary farmers (481 samples, 18 regions) and nomadic pastorals (405 samples, 16 regions). Slovakia is situated at the meeting point of two migration ways. First of them was spread from the east to the west and is associated with enlargement of haplogroup R1a in Europe. The second came from the Iberian Peninsula eastward and is associated with enlargement of haplogroup R1b. Results of MDS graphs replicate the geographical map of Europe. Slovakia is situated in the middle of Russian, Balkanian and Iberian samples. Correlation between genetics and geographic distances is indicated by hierarchical AMOVA analysis and Mantel tests. Populations in sub-Saharan Africa differ from each other by the subsistence pattern. Different life style influence the diversity of the Y chromosome. Nomadic pastoralists and sedentary farmers share different haplogroups, for example, while haplogroup R1b was detected only in nomadic pastoral groups, sedentary farmers...
