Vzhledem ke skutečnosti, že právní předpisy, řešící problematiku soudního znalectví včetně požadavků na znalecké posudky, jsou z důvodu různorodosti oblastí, pro které se znalecké posudky zpracovávají, velmi obecné, nemohou podrobněji standardizovat a harmonizovat znalecké postupy pro jednotlivá odvětví nebo jejich části. Disertační práce je zaměřena na vytvoření metodického postupu pro zpracování znaleckých posudků, posuzujících vady a poruchy v oblasti novostaveb bytových jednotek. Legal rules and regulations, which are engaged in forensic engineering including expert evidence’s requirements, are because of the difference of this sphere very universal and common. Due to this situation, legal orders and regulations can not standardize and harmonize expert procedures for particular branches or their specific parts. The Dissertation thesis is focused on a elaboration of the methodology procedure for expert evidence’s elaborations, which analyze defects and imperfections in new-built flats.
