This thesis focuses on proposing further development strategy for a company that operates a small Mexican bistro and a food truck in Brno. The theoretical section defines key concepts and insights regarding the development of small businesses. The analytical part applies selected research and analytical methods to data obtained from both primary and secondary sources, providing an evaluation of the current situation of the company. The proposal section concentrates on suggesting a specific strategy and its assessment.
Feasibility study of Business activities

The main topic of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of a feasibility study for a new board game, so that the thesis presents the basis for supporting entrepreneurs, or rejecting this plan. The work focused on three parts. The production part, which proposes ideal methods of production, according to product requirements and costs. In the second part, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the external environment using market analysis, target group, PESTLE or Porter's five forces model. The final part evaluates the economic feasibility of the project. Product marketing mix, break-even point analysis, ROI analysis and SWOT analysis are covered here. These analyzes work with information from the analysis of the internal and external environment. Finally, the balance sheet and profit and loss statement are prepared.

This master thesis focuses on the customer market analysis of The Rosenfeld Palace in Žilina in order to identify the factors influencing the participation of local residents in cultural events. The thesis uses the Theory of Planned Behavior and the concept of Third Places as theoretical frameworks to construct qualitative research. Based on the findings, it offers recommendations for management leading to an increase in the attractiveness of the palace and its attendance by local residents.
Market segmentation using statistical methods

The thesis is focused on the segmentation of customers of selected summer swimming pool. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical concept of the chosen issue. In the analytical part, a summer swimming pool is presented and selected analyses are carried out. The analytical part also includes a questionnaire survey. In the last part of the thesis, measures are proposed that would lead to an increase in the level of services for the selected customer segment.

The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of a business plan for the establishment of a small business focused on the production of soy candles. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to business and strategic analysis, which are used in the work. The analytical part is devoted to the preparation of a business plan, which includes the preparation of analyzes of the general, industry environment and internal environment with the aim of establishing the starting points for choosing a suitable strategy for a new business, as well as a production, marketing, organizational, financial and risk assessment plan. The work is concluded with a schedule for the implementation of the proposed plan.
