Finance Management Model of Company and His Efficient Implementation
Heralová, Olga ; Macek,, Daniel (referee) ; Česelský,, Ján (referee) ; Bartoš,, Vojtěch (referee) ; Vítková, Eva (advisor)
The aim of this dissertation is to design finance management model and then to test it in real company operated in field of facility management (property and asset management in the field of real estate’s). Designed model works with instruments of financial analysis and investment management. Key hypothesis of the model tells that return on equity should by higher or equal in comparison to weighted average cost of capital. This hypothesis is used not only for effective financial management of the company but also for its smaller units (business centres). Part of the dissertation is definition how to implement and use the model (31 steps for the implementation). Designed model (and hypothesis as well) is verified on the case study.
CompactRIO module for servomotor control
Macek, Daniel ; Bartík, Ondřej (referee) ; Veselý, Libor (advisor)
The thesis deals with the description of PMSM and BLDC motors as well as the way of their control. In addition, the thesis deals with the description of the instruments of National Instruments, DAQ, CompactRIO and PXI. The details of the user module's production in the CompactRIO device, both hardware and software, are specified in the paper. The following is a description of the proposed CompactRIO module.
Modeling and control of stepper motor in MATLAB/Simulink
Macek, Daniel ; Veselý, Libor (referee) ; Kozovský, Matúš (advisor)
The work deals with describing the types of stepper motors, as a method of their controlling, their potential method of modelling each type of motors. Main purpose was to design a model of stepper motor with controlling in open-loop for modes Full-step, Half-step and Microstepping and controlling in closed-loop. Resultant design model of stepper motor compare with real stepper motor.
Facility management as an integrated management system of estate
Roudná, Veronika ; Macek, Daniel (referee) ; Kuda, František (referee) ; Michna, Tomáš (referee) ; Tichá, Alena (advisor)
The dissertation deals with facility management as an integrated property management system and presents methodological instructions on how to evaluate the degree of benefit of facility management for the company. The elaborated literary research deals with the definition of facility management in a general concept, describes the current state with statistical data and outputs from the conducted questionnaire surveys. The work presents the differences in the understanding of facility management in various EU countries, in the country, and it is carried out on a SWOT basis for the assessment of facility management in the Czech Republic and Lithuania. The main research of the work deals in detail with the evaluation of the indicators of the degree of fulfillment of the implemented support processes. The dissertation defines a mathematical model for evaluating the benefits of facility management and determines the method of calculation. The designed calculation model is applied to the selected data sample and the functionality of the model is verified.
Compactrio Module For Servomotor Control
Macek, Daniel
The paper deals with the design of a user card for the National Instruments CompactRIO platform. The proposed module allows control of servomotors such as BLDC or PMSM, with the possibility of being connected as a feedback sensor or a mains probe. The article describes the principle of functioning of the module together with the description of selected basic components.

Comparative, false and hidden advertisement
Bartl, Aleš ; Černá, Stanislava (advisor) ; Macek, Jiří (referee) ; Patěk, Daniel (referee)
RESUME This thesis deals with the Czech, French and EU regulation of the Misleading, Comparative and Hidden advertisement. I described imperfection and non-consistency of the Czech regulation. The Czech regulation of the Misleading, Comparative and Hidden advertisement is to the great extent result of the implementation of the EU Directives. Nevertheless, these directives have been implemented imperfectly and incompletely. This fact relates namely to the implementation of the Directive of the European Parliament and Councel No. 2005/29/EC, on the Unfair commercial practices towards consumers. One of the key issues that the Czech Academia had to deal with was the possibility of consumer to use for its defence against unfair commercial practice stipulations of the General Clause of the Unfair Competition set by the Commercial Code. The broadly accepted answer is that the consumer is entitled to use for its defence against unfair commercial practice the General Clause of Unfair Competition, under the condition that the practice passes through the "unfair practice" test accordingly to the Consumer Protection Act. In this thesis I am defending an opinion that the Czech legislator chose relatively easy, but incorrect way to achieve this implementation. Among other, it ignored a challenge to recodify Czech...
