Software Application for Assessment of Selected Indicators

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the creation of a software application for the assessment of selected indicators in the selected company. The application is used to evaluate the situation of the company using appropriate statistical methods and economic indicators. The data contained in the application are financial statements obtained from the company for the period 2017 to 2022. For the problematic indicators, I have proposed measures to help improve its current situation.

Malliavin operators for real-valued Gaussian random variables and their applications

In this thesis, we introduce Malliavin Operators. We will focus on derivative, di- vergence and Ornstein-Uhlenbeck operator to study properties of transformed Gaussian random variables. We will explain all concepts in detail and add some typical examples. Then we will use Malliavin operators in the proofs of famous Poincaré inequality and variance expansions. The technique of the last proofs provides a good general approach how to solve similar problems with understanding Malliavin Operators. 1

Soviet civilization. The Phenomenon of the USSR in reflection of the contemporary Russian Sociology

The aim of the thesis is to introduce a specific discussion of contemporary Russian historical and social science on the phenomenon of the USSR and its role within Russian history. In particular, concepts of three contemporary Russian authors are analysed that deal with topics such as specific periods of Soviet history, context of USSR establishment and its breakdown, internal dynamics and transformation, leading principles of the society life or the Union's relations towards both West and the Third World. The questions of continuity of Russian history and relation between Russian tradition and modernity constitute horizontal issues that diffuse discussion on most of the particular topics. The presented concepts illustrate considerable complexity of the postsoviet Russian disccussion; at the same time they reffer to certain leading lines which allow to overarch the variety of ideas by general concept of "Russian point of view". One of the lines consists in confronting the USSR/Russia with the West, quality that traditionally marks any Russian discussion on the country's identity. Transformation processes, procedures and training in small and medium-sized enterprises

The doctoral thesis deals with transformation processes being in progress in small and medium-sized enterprises in response to deteriorating macroeconomic conditions affecting their activities (financial and economic crisis). An important part of the processes represents the enterprises' care of their employees' qualification which should be considerably universal and accommodative to any changes within the enterprise. The thesis concludes with concrete proposals how to improve human resources' management and the education in small and medium-sized enterprises. In this context, it is particularly the implementation of EU supporting programmes within the managerial and educational practice. Not least, any small and mediumsized enterprise must decide which of its personnel activities it is better to carry out on its own and when is it more convenient to use outsourcing, i.e. an external services' provider.

The Problematic of the Club of Icehockey "HC Hlinsko" on the Level of the 4th Highest Icehockey Competition

Název: Problematika klubu ledního hokeje HC Hlinsko na úrovni 4. nejvyšší hokejové soutěže The problematic of the club of icehokey HC Hlinsko on the level of the 4TH highest icehockey competion Cíle práce: Cílem práce je zachytit historii a vývoj klubu a dále pak nastínit problémy, se kterými se potýkají hokejové kluby na úrovni čtvrté nejvyšší hokejové soutěže, a to na příkladu klubu ledního hokeje HC Hlinsko. Metoda: Při provádění výzkumu bylo čerpáno z historických a současných pramenů klubu a z literatury o ledním hokeji. Současná situace v klubu byla testována pomocí dotazníku, na který odpovídalo 100 hráčů, funkcionářů a fanoušků kombinovaných odpovědí. Výsledky: klubu formou Výsledky přispěly k lepšímu pochopení problematiky klubů ledního hokeje na úrovni čtvrté nejvyšší hokejové soutěže a poukázaly na možné problémy, kterých by se měly tyto kluby, respektive jejich vedení, vyvarovat. Management of the global company and its influence on human resources

The presented rigorous work especially stems from the theory of knowledge society, knowledge company, and human capital. These phenomena are documented on the automotive industry world-wide, belonging to the major representatives of the globalization trends which invoke the large changes. This rigorous work documents the significancy of the company's strategy, and also documents its components and influence on enterprising, using the Japanese multinational Asahi Glass Company as an example and accentuating the human capital. This work attends closely to the problems of human resources management within the company, that acually become an integral portion of the global processes and are influenced by most of changes coming due to changes invoked by globalization. Especially some supporting elements - remuneration of employees, evaluation of employees, qualification growth, but also the employees' satisfaction and social programs - are accentuated.

The aim of the diploma thesis The Use of payment cards at the czech retail market is the analysis of benefits for card holders and the retailers. The theoretical part describes the history of payment cards, their types, variability of their use and supporting services and defines the relationship among holders of payment cards, banks and retailers. The practical part is focused on the research motives for using payment cards by their holders and the retailers.
