The Project Proposal of Expanding Production Space.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose a project of expanding production space using a suitable project management methodology for the company COMPEX, spol. s r. o. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of project management and chosen methods of strategic management. The following analytical part first introduces the company, its business and devices it manufactures. Then, according to chosen methods of strategic management, the internal and external environment is mapped and the problém found is defined and summarized. The last proposal part contains the processed whole project preparation, which is ready for realization. The Microsoft Project 2019 application was used in the project preparation.

Diploma thesis deals with the historical development of apartment building construction and its influence on the market prices of flats currently in the localities Brno-Černá Pole and Brno-Lesná. The theoretical part describes the territorial development of Černá Pole and Lesná and the individual periods of apartment buildings construction according to the historical development. The practical part deals with the analysis of a limited market of flats in the localities of Brno-Černá Pole and Brno-Lesná and the subsequent comparison across individual types of construction.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of employee remuneration system in a selected company in a specific department and is divided into three parts. The theoretical part defines and explains the basic concepts and problems of the issue. In the subsequent analytical part, a survey of employee and management satisfaction with the remuneration system is conducted, together with an analysis of internal and external factors. The last and final part focuses on suggestions for improving the current remuneration system.
