Diplomová práce se zabývá historickým vývojem výstavby bytových domů a jeho vlivem na tržní ceny bytů v současnosti v lokalitách Brno-Černá Pole a Brno-Lesná. V teoretické části je popsán územní rozvoj Černých Polí a Lesné a jednotlivá období výstavby bytových domů podle historického vývoje. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou ohraničeného trhu s byty v lokalitách Brno-Černá Pole a Brno-Lesná a následným srovnáním napříč jednotlivými druhy výstaveb. Diploma thesis deals with the historical development of apartment building construction and its influence on the market prices of flats currently in the localities Brno-Černá Pole and Brno-Lesná. The theoretical part describes the territorial development of Černá Pole and Lesná and the individual periods of apartment buildings construction according to the historical development. The practical part deals with the analysis of a limited market of flats in the localities of Brno-Černá Pole and Brno-Lesná and the subsequent comparison across individual types of construction.
