My diploma thesis is dealing with a designing of information system or just with redesigning of information system for hotel in Radešín. In my diploma thesis I focused on analysing of current information system and I also analysed hotel’s requirements for information system. I have chosen several different variants of designing information system and based on requirements I have picked up one which is most suitable for hotel Radešín by hotel’s requirements. At the end of my diploma thesis, I am going to summarize benefits of my draft from economical and functionalise point of view.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of economic data using statistical methods for company NAVOS, a.s. Thesis is devided on three part - theoretical part, practical part and appreciation and proposals for solutions. The first part describe statistical methods and analysis of ecomonic data. The second part deals analysis of situation the company on the basis of economic data, compared to the indicator of the competitive company and determination prognosis for next years. In the third part is assessed the current state of and the suggestions for improvement will be provided and the company's solution to the problem.

This thesis with title „A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan consist of three parts. The first part deals with theoretical basis of financial planning, strategic analysis and financial analysis. The second part deals analysis of situation the company. The last part the financial plan for the years 2017-2020 is designed. Finally, the proposed financial plan is evaluated.
Coated cemented carbides

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on coated cemented carbides, methods for coatings and properties of coatings. In the first part of this thesis there is mentioned basic subdivision of tool’s materials, including description of properties and possibilities of their use. Another part of this thesis is focused on the coating deposition methods. As each method there is noticed the description, advantages and disadvantages. In next part there are described processes which precede own deposition process and their influence on properties of coatings. In this thesis are also described properties of coatings and methods for their testing. The last part of thesis is focused on the offer of certain producers of coated cemented carbides. Several materials are chosen from each producer and there are mentioned descriptions of their properties, structure of coatings and possibilities of using.

In the first part, we describe theory about the analytical methods and also the technology perspective. In the second part, we describe the problem and requirements for the application. In the third part, we describe design of the structure, funcionality and user interface of the information system.
Mobile Application for Recording of Compulsive Behavior

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to design, implement and test mobile application for iOS platform. It will be used to monitor drug and psychical addiction. The app can help the user to see his progress over time, patterns and triggers of its addictive behavior and guide him to the right direction towards abstinence. It is here to understand the user's problems, motivate and give a helping hand. Important aspects in the development were the study of programming of mobile applications, existing solutions, research of the target group of users, theory of addictology and therapy, design and implementation with understandable user interface, testing of results on real users.
The manufacturing of oil filter cover

The diploma thesis was elaborated in the frame of engineering studies branch M-STG. This project is submitting design of technology production of oil filter cover from the deep drawing sheet iron 11 305.21. The size of production lot is 300 000 pcs/year. In relation to the shape of drawn part and the size of production was chosen the deep drawing technology and designed manufacturing process. For production was on the basis of realized engineering calculations chosen hydraulic deep drawing press and constructed drawing die. The drawing die is on the basis of a transfer conception and includes two blank holders and two ejectors.
Fabrication of plasmonic antennas for analytical transmission electron microscopy by focused ion beam lithography

This bachelor thesis is focused on sputtering of thin gold layers and manufacturing of plasmonic antennas using focused ion beam lithography. I optimised the process of sputtering of gold layers by ion beam assisted deposition. Furthermore, I optimised processes connected to manufacturing of plasmonic antennas by focused ion beam lithography. I sputtered thin gold layers 20, 30 and 40 nm thick by various deposition rates. In terms of grain size, the best layers were those deposited with rate of 2 /s. From view of crystallographic composition, the best results were achieved by using deposition rates of 0.2 and 3 /s. I made 3 types of antennas. Rod shaped antennas of 240 nm in length and widths of 40 and 80 nm, and bowtie antenna with 20 nm gap in between its wings. I further optimised parameters of ion etching for each thickness and deposition rate of sputtered layers used for creating antennas mentioned before. The highest quality of antennas was achieved when using layers 20 and 40 nm thick. For manufacturing of bowtie antennas however, layers of all thicknesses deposited by rate of 3 /s were optimal. I discovered, that for layers deposited with rate of 2 /s a lot of redeposited material got sputtered back on to antennas, which can bring the diameters of antennas closer to the desired value at least in one axis.
Feasibility study: Hg removal technology using electrochemical methods - large unit and its comparison with alternative technology

In the introductory chapters, an introduction to the technology for Hg capture from combustion processes using electrochemical methods (membrane electrolyzer)and the design of a unit with capacity applicable to a typical power plant unit was made. This technology has not fully demonstrated its effectiveness from laboratory tests in semi-operational trials. These findings have been taken into account in the design of the unit for a larger power plant, therefore the design considers the use of more units in parallel, which places demands on the built-up space. The number of units used and the size of the built-up area is then matched by the high cost of the investment. Although this is a technology that does not consume any chemicals or sorbents - only electricity - it is an investment and operationally expensive technology, as can be seen from the comparison with alternative technologies. A comparison of the investment costs and cumulative expenditure (investment, reinvestment, maintenance and operating costs) for the electrochemical technology with electrolyzer and the two alternative technologies shows that if the economic aspect alone is the decisive criterion for the choice of technology, the technology of dosing Na2S solution into the scrubber absorber solution for flue gas treatment clearly comes out best at current prices.

The aim of the work was to determine the effect of substitution of soybean meal (SBM) in the grower diets for broilers with other protein feeds of plant origine. It was study the influence of substitution on growth performance and feed conversion ratio, digestibility of amino acids, activity of digestive enzymes and morphology of small intestine. Protein feeds were chosen raw full fat soybean (RFFSB), extruded full fat soybean (EFFSB), corn DDGS, rapeseed (RS) and rapeseed meal (RSM). Based on our observation it can be concluded, that inclusion of RFFSB up to 8 % level, EFFSB up to 12 % level, DDGS up to 18 % level and RS up to 12 % level did not statistically significantly (P>0.05) negatively affect the yields in fed broilers. Feeding RFFSB and EFFSB influenced (P>0.05) the ileus morphology and activity of digestive enzymes. On the basis of digestibility coefficients, the most appropriate proteinous feed for broilers was SBM, which was comparable to EFFSB.
