Diplomová práce vypracovaná v rámci magisterského studia oboru M-STG předkládá návrh technologie výroby pláště olejového filtru z hlubokotažné oceli 11 305.21. Velikost série je 300 000ks/rok. S ohledem na tvar součásti a velikost série, byla pro výrobu zvolena technologie hlubokého tažení, ke které byl navržen výrobní postup. Podle provedených technologických výpočtů byl zvolen hydraulický tažný lis ZH 40 o jmenovité síle 400kN a zkonstruován tažný nástroj. Tažný nástroj je postupové konstrukce a obsahuje dva přidržovače a dva vyhazovače. The diploma thesis was elaborated in the frame of engineering studies branch M-STG. This project is submitting design of technology production of oil filter cover from the deep drawing sheet iron 11 305.21. The size of production lot is 300 000 pcs/year. In relation to the shape of drawn part and the size of production was chosen the deep drawing technology and designed manufacturing process. For production was on the basis of realized engineering calculations chosen hydraulic deep drawing press and constructed drawing die. The drawing die is on the basis of a transfer conception and includes two blank holders and two ejectors.
