Value orientation and Moral Responsibility in Corporate Education of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic

Currently, Corporate education does not only have to be used to transfer know-how, but also to develop the required values and moral principles that help employees to better navigate and succeed in the organizational culture. For the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic, this coexistence with the internal culture and values of the organisation is essential because it is required of employees and officers not only internally but also by legislative regulations. It is fundamentally linked to the purpose of the service: to protect the lives and health of people, the environment, animals and property from fires and other emergencies and crises. This research paper provides insight into the internal education of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and the value setting of the firefighter organizational culture. It aims to map how the value orientation and moral responsibility of officers and employees develop or change and whether these changes are related to the internal education received. Psychological factors of adolescent girls influencing the performance during tennis match

The bachelor's thesis deals with specialized topics, namely possible psychological factors that can affect the development of a tennis match in adolescent amateur tennis players. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The part of the theoretical work deals with the general characteristics of tennis, followed by the psyche of tennis players and briefly comments on the development of adolescents and their importance in this thesis. In the second part, ie empirical, the thesis pays attention to its own research, its methodology and the thesis brings the reader closer to the researched sample. The aim of the research is to determine how the player, her parents and the coach perceive tennis and tennis match, as well as what stressors may influence the player's performance and, last but not least, possible factors that can affect the performance of a young amateur tennis player. As basic methods of my qualitative research, I used observation and semi-structured conversation with both players and their parents. Influence of racist attitudes on moral reasoning

The thesis deals with the theme of morality and racist attitudes towards Roms. The theoretical part is focused on describing the development of studying the phenomenon of morality, especially on intuitionistic theory (eg.:. J. Haidt). Next on moral emotions, namely disgust, and their influence on individual judgment in a social situation. And on attitudes to other racial groups. The intention is to refer to theories that assume influence of emotions on moral judgment, as well as the activation of attitudes. In the practical part was examined moral dilemma situations rating among 142 respondents, while their disposition to the perception of disgust and their racist attitudes. By the research was proved that people evaluate the situation as more immoral if there is participant with different ethnicity, depending on their perception of disgust. Direct relationship between evaluation and racist attitudes was not proven. The conclusions are in detail discussed in the thesis.
