Analysis of the novel Dracula

In 1897 Bram Stoker published his gothic novel Dracula, which became an immediate phenomenon in its period. The book was published in the 19th century whose society was surrounded by a lot of fear and anxieties from the unknown. My bachelor thesis aimed to analyse this literary work with a closer look at Count Dracula and his homeland Transylvania.
The mark of quality in social services

The bachelor thesis is focussed on the quality in social services. It describes the scope of social services and the structure of organizations which provides such services in the Czech Republic. Primarily, the work is aimed at Quality Certificate for Czech providers of social care services. The first questionnaire is completed by certificated organizations. The results explore the strengths and weaknesses of the project. Detailed information about project are provided by Association of the Providers of Social Services. Furthermore, certificated organization from South Bohemia introduce their examples of good practice. Consumer research analyses the evaluation criteria of potential consumers. Finally, the results from all researches are evaluated and suggestions for improvement are recommended.
Motivation and employee evaluation

The aim of this thesis is to analyze motivation and evaluation of employees. I applied acquired theoretical knowledge on the company XY which runs business in a food industry. The theoretical part is focused on motivation and evaluation. I draw from Czech and external literature. In the practical part there was carried out an analysis of present motivation and evaluation of employees in the company XY. Then I worked on the opinions of managers and employees working in the sales department. I defined research questions which were answered on the ground of interpretation of analysis results. I used following methodical instruments: description, questionnaire, half-structured, dialogue, analysis, synthesis and interpretation. In conclusion of the practical part I mentioned improvement proposals and recommendations which can lead to the optimalization of motivation and evaluation employees in the company.
Direct Investments and Their Impact on the Economy of the Country (Chosen Aspects)

This bachelor thesis deals with foreign direct investments. The first chapter describes foreign direct investment in general, explains the basic concepts and evolution of their flows in recent years. The second part concentrates on chosen aspects, the impact of foreign direct investments on employment and transfer pricing. The last part of this work is focused on United Kingdom and on flows of direct investments into this country and from this country abroad. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the impact of foreign direct investments on the economy in general and then on one chosen country -- United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Hiporehabilitation as a tool of integration

One of the parts of the whole system of rehabilitation is also the treatment using horses or so called hiporehabilitation. Thanks to its complex effectivity, it is a unique and irreplaceable therapeutical method. The aim of this work is to prove how hiporehabilitation helps disabled people integration into the society and how it contributes to social contacts improvement of the users.
Mezinárodní marketingová strategie společnosti S&T AG

Teoretická část diplomové práce zahrnuje charakteristiku mezinárodního marketingu a vybraných strategických přístupů k mezinárodnímu podnikání, identifikaci specifických vlastností trhu průmyslových výrobků a jejich aplikaci při segmentaci tohoto trhu a užití marketingových nástrojů. Obsahem praktické části diplomové práce je analýza mezinárodní marketingové strategie společnosti S&T AG, která je předním dodavatelem IT řešení a služeb ve střední a východní Evropě. Praktická část zahrnuje také podrobný popis procesu vlastního marketingového výzkumu, který se týkal kompetenčních center S&T, a doporučení pro management.
