New apartment building in Telč

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design and develop project documentation for a new apartment building. The apartment house is located in Telč. The building is designed as a free-standing building with three aboveground floors and one basement. There are eleven parking spaces next to the building. The basement of the floor plan extends above the ground floor, there is a common room, cellar and technical facilities. There are nine residential units on the upper floors. The apartment building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. Perimeter masonry in the basement is made of concrete blocks and in the upper floors of ceramic blocks. The internal load-bearing masonry is also made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling structure and the staircase are monolithic. An elevator is located between the arms of the staircase. The roof is flat, vegetative. The building envelope is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system.

Best interest of the child during the parents' divorce and in the post-divorce care

This diploma thesis deals with contemporary family, in particular by ensuring the best interests of the child during the parents' divorce and post-divorce in care. The theoretical part introduces the characteristics of the contemporary family, as a result of socio-cultural development of society, and then attempts to put forward the concept of the current healthy family, as the possibility of a positive direction. It deals with the causes and manifestations of families at risk to stability, the question of divorce of parents in relation to a child after divorce and child care. It introduces the possibility of using supportive and protective services social and legal protection of children under current legislation. The subject of the practical work is still continuing casuistry's growing conflict divorce of parents, which resulted in threatening condition child's healthy development. The research focuses primarily on the way to fulfilling the practice of social and legal protection. Analyzes processes work, looking for the main obstacles to ensure the best interests of the child and trying to find possible solutions support and child protection. KEY WORDS

Transition programmes as an assisance for physically handicaped persons in transition from school to jobs

Title: Transition programmes as an assistance for physically handicaped person in transit from school to jobs Abstract: This diploma work engage problems of transition programme for people with physical handicape. It defines area of physical handicape, shows evolution of care for people with physical handicape and shows today's situation of comprehensive educational care and advisory system for person with physical handicape. It shows possibilities of social and labor integration with attentions to specific risks in life of person with physical handicape, especially unemployment. Fundamental part of this work describes transition programme, its principles and intentions and introduces realization of concrete example. Intention of this work is to find fields of frustration and find out whether transition programmes are focused on these fields to make their clients satisfied. That's why the exploration with the questionnaire was done. Its results show that the unemployment makes answerers unsatisfied the most. Because transition programmes are focused on searching for suitable jobs for their client, they should be support in it. But results show low education of answerers as well, but not dissatisfaction with this fact. To fortify chances to get suitable job clients should be more motivated to get higher...
Need and possibility of improving servises of low-treshold facilities for children and youth "Club 21" in Beroun

The subject of this thesis is to map the external environment of help available to children and youth provided by low threshold facilities such as the "club 21" in Beroun. Through research with practitioners in selected institutions, the thesis investigates the need and possibilities of improving its services in the context of the major areas of social environment - social, technical, economic and political - legal. In order to achieve this objective the theoretical part identifies the milestones in the history of the development of social services in general, and in relation their function and contribution to society. The following section deals with low-threshold facilities in its objectives, mission and services, content and methods of work including the characteristics of the "Club 21". The practical part describes research work carried out by qualitative research in its various phases, it summarizes and interprets the findings and it converts them to the level of observable characters. In addition to mapping and orientation of the real possibilities of low-threshold facilities development for children and youth "Club 21" the aim of this thesis is also to provide an opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice.
The best interest of a child in the context of biopsychosocial aspects of health

The rigorous work can be considered as a response to the issue of child health promotion, which is currently still focused mainly on somatic health, while there is a long-term deficit and underestimation of psychosocial health promotion. The systematically conceived theoretical part of the thesis is based on the existing health status of the population and presents the biopsychosocial concept of health and its legislative anchoring in relation to ensuring the best interests of the child. The work also includes reflections on health and illness as the ability to cope with life stress and maintain homeostasis. The fundamental concept is the recognition of a living organism as a self-regulatory system with the ability to create symptoms at all levels of existence. In the viewpoint of the rigorous work, symptomatology can be seen as a specific language that allows to find a way for the organism to stop producing the symptoms of the illness and to cure it. The thesis entirely respects current health services, which are extended to support the psychosocial aspects of health in such a way that its individual aspects are given comparable attention. Adaptace slovenských studentů Mendelovy univerzity na českou kulturu

This diploma thesis is focused on the adaption of Slovak students Mendel University on Czech culture. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part provides literature and internet sources. The main focus is on intercultural differences between Czechs and Slovaks, the adaptation process and prejudices and stereotypes. In the empirical part there are summarised the results obtained by questionnaire survey and their interpretation.
Cyberbullying and behaviour on social networks among pupils of the second grade of elementary schools

This diploma thesis deals with the context of two current topics - cyberbullying and behaviour on social networks, in the population of the second grade of primary school, thus in adolescents. In the literary-review part the developmental connections of cyberbullying in adolescence, signs and forms of cyberbullying, its occurrence, cyberbullying actors and risk factors associated with it are presented. The thesis also deals with communication on the Internet and description of social networks. Present researches of cyberbullying and social networks are presented. The empirical part deals with the combined research carried out in 43 pupils at the secondary school. Cyberbullying was measured using a questionnaire and then profiles were analysed on Facebook and Instagram.
