Criminal acts committed by racial, national and other hateful motives Abstract in english The dissertation thesis is focused on the issue of crimes committed by racial, national and other hate motives, which are nowadays commonly referred to as hate crimes. The dissertation thesis comprehensively elaborates the essence of the issue of hate crimes and the ideas on which this crime is based on. The thesis points to a relatively rich but very inconsistent and constantly evolving terminology and defines related terms such as extremism, racism, anti-Semitism, anti-Islamism or racial prejudice. It should be recalled that the notion of hate crime is not entirely appropriate to this issue. A closer interpretation of the individual terms is important for the correct interpretation of the relevant facts that are affected by this issue. The analysis of related criminal offenses and related case-law demonstrates what conduct these crimes may impact. We have to realize that the issue is very closely related to the constitutionally guaranteed freedom of speech and expression, and they are very closely intertwined. Marketing mix in restaurant

This bachelor thesis deals with marketing mix of restaurant. It consists of two parts: theoreical and practical. The first part describes basic marketing expressions focused mainly on the marketing mix including product, price, distribution, promotion, people, partnership, packaging, programming. The second part describes Bistro a Table! and service which bistro provides. There is analyzed marketing mix of bistro and made resaearch by using questionnaire. The results of questionnaire are preferences of customers. Based on the results are made recommendation for better working.
Lean Management Production – an advanced management system of the production company with international participation

Thesis deals with the analysis of production processes management in the selected company with the use of metodical principles such as Lean production, process management and the others. The aim solution will be finding of suggestions leading to the strengthening of the managemement and effectiveness of production in the welding robots section. In theoretical part the basic concepts of process management will be defined and in practical part the specific analysis of the processes of setters work on the machines in welding robots area will be conducted.

This thesis is focused on the main characteristics of company marketing strategy. The first part describes theoretical facts about marketing, its concept, strategy and planning, as well as the strategic marketing processes. For design and realisation of marketing strategy the most important marketing analysis are described here in detail: marketing mix, marketing communication, marketing environment and SWOT analysis. The second part of this thesis presents a travel agency MOVAMI s.r.o., its activities and overall state from the perspective of marketing conception. This part also investigates each analysis individually for better understanding of the present position of agency on the tourism market. The third part presents the summary of the results of all conducted analysis and design of the new improved marketing strategy for the travel agency MOVAMI s.r.o.
Logistics management of inventory

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of a logistic stock management in the company STOLFIG s.r.o. (Ltd.) that focuses mainly on the construction and production of metal products. The theoretical part deals with the basic terminology such as logistics, its management and targets. Nevertheless, most of the theoretical part is focused on the stock, specifically on its characteristics, structuring, management and also risks and costs connected with it. At the beginning of the practical part, the company is introduced with the focus on the stock characteristics and its management system. The next part analyses the present stock management, particularly the analysis of costs, turnover and liquidity, and an ABC analysis. Attention is also paid to the signal level of the stock, the process of selecting suppliers, an unnecessary stock and a warehousing system. Every part is not only analysed but it is also evaluated whether the present situation is satisfactory or not. The third part is based on the given analysis and it contains specific recommendations for improvement, namely in the field of the minimum stock determination, evaluation criteria for supplier selection, management with material with no turnover, and also recommendation for changes within the warehouse. The final part is a clear summary of the whole thesis.

This Thesis deals with marketing communication. The main objective of this thesis is to propose recommendations to improve marketing communication in Bohemilk a.s. The theoretical part describes marketing mix, marketing communication and its tools such as advertisement, sales promotions, personal selling, public relations, direct marketing and sponsoring. The practical part deals with company presentation, analyses marketing mix and marketing communication. Then Thesis evaluates the marketing communication in the company of Bohemilk and suggests recommendations that could improve the marketing communication.
Time factor in the managerś work

The diploma thesis deals with time management in work of three managers. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on study of scientific literature. It is focused on management, managers personality, managers functions and roles. Thereafter, time management techniques and methods are described. Information from theoretical part provides a complex base for the practical part. In the practical part, the organization and managers, who are the subject of this thesis are described. For the time management analysis was used time frame, forms for analyzing interference and forms for identifying the major time consumers. Furthermore, individual conducted interviews with each manager were made. The interview revealed the managers attitude to the importance of the time factor in their managerial work. On the basis of information obtained from analyzes and interview, the shortcomings were discovered. Recommendations for elimination of shortcommings were suggested together with recommendation for more efficient use of time.

This Master thesis deals with the processing of a business plan, which regard the establishment of a new agricultural trade.This thesis includes a formal structure and concrete steps of processing a business, marketing und financial plan. This thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. After studied literature is the theoretical knowledge is used in practical part, which is then processed a concrete business plan of the new businessman. The subject´s of business of the new businessman is agricultural activity, primarily beekeeping.
