Horizontální proudění vody v malých rybnících
ŠŤASTNÁ, Tereza
This bachelor thesis dealt with the flow in small ponds (specifically in pond Dehtář near the village Žabovřesky) with a focus on horizontal flow. Its aim was to perform field measurements of water movement of the surface (using devices developed by us, equipped with GPS logger) under various atmospheric conditions and from the results to determine the water flow velocity at the surface in real conditions. GPSMAP 78s, GPSMAP 60CSx and MOTOROLA phones with GPS Logger application inserted into balanced PVC pipes were used for measurements. Another objective was to create a simplified 3D model of the pond and simulate the flow in its deeper layers using Ansys software. Field measurements resulted in streamlines showing the direction of flow for the top layer of water. With wind speeds of 1-3 ms-1 in foggy and cloudy weather, the observed flow velocity was approximately 0.025 ms-1. At very low wind speeds of 0-1 ms-1 in foggy weather, the flow velocity was 0.0083 ms-1. Under variable conditions, when the surface was first slightly frozen but then melted and stronger winds from a different direction began to blow, the resulting flow velocity was first 0.025 ms-1 (at a wind speed of 0.7-1 ms-1) and later 0.0375 ms-1 (at a wind speed of 2-3 ms-1). The Ansys modelling resulted in simulations of flows in simplified ponds of two shapes (one with a sloping bottom, 0.5-4 m depth and rounded corners and the other with a constant depth of 2 m and a depression with a total depth of 4 m and rounded three corners) at different wind velocities (0.5; 1; 2; 4; 8 and 16 ms-1) and three or four wind directions. In general, the simulations showed that the flow velocity increased with wind speed, with the prevailing flow velocity being about 3% of the wind speed for all simulations. At the same time, flow velocity decreased with depth, and water was mixed to approximately 95% of the depth (up to 3.8 m). The simulations also showed the formation of eddies, here the water moved fastest where the eddies touched the edge of the pond, but in the centre of the eddies there were often areas of very low flow velocities and relatively long residence times (from seven hours to six days). The results of the field measurements and simulations in this thesis can contribute to the understanding of the processes (e.g. the effect of water mixing on oxygen, plankton and nutrient content at different areas) occurring in pond Dehtář. They may thus provide a basis for subsequent mapping of its circulation patterns, which may influence the origin and development of oxygen deficiencies and the concentration of natural food for fish and nutrients in certain parts of the pond. They can thus help to determine the suitability of areas, for example for fish feeding or sampling and thus have a positive impact on improving the management of this pond.
Perception of the human disturbance by ungulates in the wild and in the captivity
Šťastná, Tereza ; Komárková, Martina (advisor) ; Frýdlová, Petra (referee)
The relationship between ungulates and humans has been evolving ever since the first predator's interaction with the prey, leading to the current domestication. The behavior of ungulates differs based on the human disturbance. The goal of this thesis was to compare the reactivity to humans of selected species in nature vs. in captivity and determine its correlation, inter or intraspecific. The thesis indicates reactivity to humans of specific species of ungulates (donkeys, horses, reindeers and goats). Following reactions were chosen for comparison: vigilance, alert distance, flight and avoidance distance. There are several acting factors like previous experience with humans, habituation, group size or season. With group size, the vigilance decreased, which was proven with donkeys, reindeers and goats. The behavior differed based on the season by resources availability, offspring's presence in herd (higher vigilance) or rut (lower vigilance). In captivity, there were less human contact avoidance, while the experimenter was known. Based on researches, ungulates tend to avoid humans more in nature, than in captivity. Sources claim, that among chosen ungulates, the most vigilant in both nature and captivity are reindeers. Further researches could later consider the human perception according to the...

Šťastná, Tereza ; Neuwirthová, Svatava (advisor) ; Charvát, Robert (referee)
Author: Tereza Šťastná Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after liver transplantation Aims: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to process theoretical knowledge about liver, liver transplantation and to perform a case report of a patient who underwent transplantation. Methods: This thesis is created on the basis of continuous monthly practise at the Institute of clinical and experimental medicine at the department of KARIP, which took place in the period from 6th to 31st January 2020. Thesis is divited on theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part are compiled informations about anatomy and physiology of liver, than about liver diseases and liver transplantation. In the end of this part are informations about physiotherapic care after liver transplantation. Practical part conteins case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient after liver transplantation and daily records of individual therapies. The bachelor thesis is written from the point of view of a physiotherapist. Results: The patient was in coma almost whole time of therapies, that fact greatly affects their process. The greatest success was increase of muscle strength and deepening of tidal volume during therapies. In the last days of practice, the patient's health deteriorated rapidly and unfortunately...

Šťastná, Tereza ; Majorová, Simona (referee) ; Flemrová, Miroslava (advisor)
2 Abstract: Title: Self-evaluation of work competencies as a part of functional evaluation of work potential according to Isernhagen Work Systems. Study object: To compare a perception of own physical competencies versus real competencies of somaticaly handicapped persons. Find an influence of occupation on conducted self-evaluation. Isernhagen Work Systems is a possible tool for evaluation of physical work potential. This system consists of model activities for freight handling, persistence in static position, work in stimulated position, locomotion, coordination and hand strength. As a standard of this system a Performance Assessment Capacity Testing is used. Method: In the study, there are compared results of the test for a perception of own physical competences PACT before and after the Isernhagen WS. The study was realized on 30 probands in standard test conditions. Results: The experiment did not validate the change in perception of own physical competences before and after the Isernhagen WS test. Also the influence of occupation on self-evaluation was not validated. Key words: Isernhagen Work Systems, functional evaluation of work potential, self- evaluation, perception of own competences.

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the EU budget - focusing on the revenue side (including budgetary discipline). The thesis also includes analysis of the contribution of the Czech Republic to the EU budget. The main revenue budget of the European Union are -- traditional own resources (customs duties, agriculture), own resources of value added taxes and contributions from member states according to gross national product. Another sources of the revenue are from fines and fees of the EU. In this thesis I will describe the revenues and compare them in each years.
Strategy introduction trademark on the market
ŠŤASTNÁ, Tereza
The aim of thesis was to design a strategy for putting the trademark on the market and appropriate measures to strengthen the brand in the growth phase. I have conducted marketing research that helped me find out how the brand is perceived its current and potential customers and how the company managed to spread brand awareness. I also considered what the brand has a vision and the main objectives and I examined what are its strengths and weaknesses. Following the analysis of the information obtained I propose enterprise strategy in the form of marketing plan that includes specific tactical steps including their monetary value.
