The thesis of this diploma deals with the implementation of a new product to the market by using project management tools and marketing strategy. To make ensure that all phases of the project have been assembled a series of analyses have been considered, which will serve as assessments of realization and effective preparation of the project so it can be put to a real use. All procedures have been based on a theoretical knowledge to ensure highly successful project standards of the company that the proposal is being prepared for.

Abstrakt Diplomová práce je zaměřena na náhlé příhody břišní v gynekologii pohledem sestry intenzivní péče. Teoretická část je věnována anatomii a fyziologii ženského reprodukčního systému. Velkou část práce zaujímají náhlé příhody břišní v gynekologii a to především mimoděložní těhotenství, tedy stav, se kterým se může setkat každá žena ve svém reprodukčním období. Empirická část práce je věnována kvalitativnímu výzkumu se zaměřením na zjištění spokojenosti respondentek s poskytovanou ošetřovatelskou péčí po operaci mimoděložního těhotenství. Pohled na hospitalizaci ze strany pacientek je velice cenný, protože dokládá výsledky zdravotnické, v tomto případě ošetřovatelské práce jinak, než běžné statistiky. Výzkumný soubor je tvořen pěti ženami v reprodukčním věku, které byly hospitalizovány na gynekologicko-porodnické klinice s diagnózou ektopická gravidita. ADHD Children in the Elementary School

The bachelor dissertation "ADHD Children in the Elementary School" concentrates on possibilities, forms and conditions of integration of schoolchildren with Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder in elementary schools. By using induction method it deals with options of their education. The dissertation focuses on theoretical and practical methodology being applied for integration targets in common primary schools where education of intergrated schoolchildren mostly takes place. The first part contains basic information about inattention and hyperactivity syndrome, its etiology, diagnosis and ways of affecting their symptoms. The second part summarizes legislative support and individual integration forms in Czech elementary schools. While the most common ways of integration of distraction children into district schools is main subject of the third part, the fourth one analyses long term observation experience gathered from the education assistant's work with intergrated child. The last part also brings common recommendations for teachers and tutors of inattentive and hyperactive pupils. Theoretical part, which describes individual indicators of financial analysis and statistical metods, practical part, where are with help of financial statements applied individual economic indicators and statitical methods. Last part of thesis is based on calculated individual indicators determined the present status of company and overview of the future status of the company Automotive Lighting.

In this bachelor thesis I solve problems with the optimalization of income tax of legal bodies. Bachelor thesis have two main parts. The first part focuses on basic concepts of taxes on income and on the process of calculation. In second practical part I apply the knowledge to optimize income tax of select company. This way I will reduce tax liability to a minimum.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the financial analysis of the company Rastr elektro s.r.o. using statistical methods. The theoretical part describes the problems of time series, regression analysis and financial analysis. In the practical part the analysis of economic indicators is given, and the future development of the company is predicated by means of the regression analysis. On the basis of established results the company is compared with two rival ones, and there are made suggestions how to improve its economic position.

The Application of Fuzzy Logic for Rating of Suppliers for the Firm

Master's thesis deals with design and development of two decision-making systems, which can be supportive during suppliers rating and selection the most suitable one from them. Both of the models, that one, which was made in the MS Excel, and also that one, which was made in the MATLAB, use principle of fuzzy logic and are designed according to the requirements of the selected company. Diploma thesis contains also all of theoretical bases, which are necessary for a design of both systems, and evaluation of benefits of the solution.
