Design of climatic chamber

This bachelor thesis deals with the construction of climatic chamber, which allows continual change of temperature of air within the range of -10 to 50 °C and continual change of relative humidity of air within the range of 10 to 90 %. The chamber is going to be connected to optical tribometer or to Mini Traction Machine (MTM). Both these devices serve for observation of tribological processes in laboratory conditions. Climatic chamber is going to approximate these laboratory conditions more to the real ones by the modification of temperature and air humidity. In the thesis there is stated a concept of particular climatic units, a concept of the arrangement of these units and consecutive constructional solving of the whole device with the emphasis on simple construction, low charges of production, assembility and small proportions of the whole construction

Axle Assessment Using the EUSAMA Methodology

Bachelor thesis deals with problems about areas of a non-assembling diagnostics according to an EUSAMA methodology. Result of the methodology is a technical condition examination of dampers. However with regard to testing of whole suspension and damping vehicle system are results distorted by influence of other vehicle components. EUSAMA needed improvements because of new super light city vehicles and vehicles with runflat tires. Goal of thesis is addition criterion for the EUSAMA which can be used in current EUSAMA suspension testers. Problems are solved by a virtual simulation where is created a model of real vehicle FIAT 500.

Survey of small and medium-sized enterprises on open source ERP

The diploma thesis conveys information enabling greater awareness on the role of open source software at the market of enterprise information systems such as ERP provided as a service. It presents their distinctive characteristics from proprietary software. The practical part investigates the use of corporate information systems provided on-premise, as web services, and by open software. It presents the opinion of the respondents on the contradictory factors considered as benefits or risks of such software.

Relations between balance of payments and exchange rate in selected economies

The main goals of this dissertation are to analyze balance of payments and foreign exchange rate and to examine mutual relations between these two concepts. The first part describes basic terms related to international finance. These terms are structure of balance of payments, foreign exchange rate and exchange rate regimes. The second part presents four selected foreign economics (Japan, South Africa, Paraguay, Dominican republic) which will be subdue to the analysis. The third and final part is devoted to the regression analysis. Relations between balance of payments and foreign exchange rate are analyzed by the method of ordinary least squares. Necessary data was gained from the IMF server.

The thesis deals with three main areas : issue of cultural and creative industries, the theoretical creation of a business plan and it is practical application to practice on an example of a business plan of creative center in Zlin. The first area affects the overall context of cultural and creative industries in connection with terminology themes within this issue in Zlin and Zlin region overlapping with the selected regional situation. The second area includes theoretical preparation of the execution of the business plan according to current trends. The last part reflects the summarization of the practical project at the theoretical level.

Analysis of working capital in HOPI s.r.o.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and manage the problem of working capital in the logistic company HOPI s.r.o. To find weak points and to suggest their improvements. Each components of net working capital will be examined -- i.e. receivables, inventories, financial assets and short - term payables. The thesis focuses on the management of each component individually to achieve the most effective managing process, but also solves their mutual relations. In this bachelor thesis will be determined year -- on year change of working capital and other related indicators for selected company and subsequently compared with sector numbers.

Financial Analysis of ČEPS Inc.

The main goal of this thesis is to prepare financial analysis of ČEPS Inc., evaluate the financial health of the company during the years of 2006 - 2010 and execute cost analysis with focus on break even point analysis. In the methodological part I present methods, which are used in financial analysis and techniques of calculation each single indicator. The practical part describes the ČEPS Inc. and apply techniques from methodological part on company accouting sheets data. In conclusion of this thesis I will try to briefly summarize the financial healt of the company.
