Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat a řešit problematiku pracovního kapitálu v logistické společnosti HOPI s.r.o. Najít především slabá místa a navrhnout jejich zlepšení. Budou rozebrány jednotlivé složky čistého pracovního kapitálu tj. pohledávky, zásoby, finanční majetek a krátkodobé závazky. Práce se zaměřuje na řízení každé této složky jednotlivě, aby bylo dosaženo nejefektivnějšího způsobu řízení, ale řeší i jejich vzájemné souvislosti. V bakalářské práci bude zjištěna meziroční změna pracovního kapitálu a dalších souvisejících ukazatelů pro vybraný podnik za roky 2010/2011 a následně srovnání s odvětvovými čísly. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and manage the problem of working capital in the logistic company HOPI s.r.o. To find weak points and to suggest their improvements. Each components of net working capital will be examined -- i.e. receivables, inventories, financial assets and short - term payables. The thesis focuses on the management of each component individually to achieve the most effective managing process, but also solves their mutual relations. In this bachelor thesis will be determined year -- on year change of working capital and other related indicators for selected company and subsequently compared with sector numbers.
