Lidová, Kristýna ; Neusarová, Jana (referee) ; Kopecký, Martin (advisor)
The content of my thesis is in accordance with the assignment, i.e. assessing of the main factors which affect socialization of individuals and their education as one of many socialization elements. I attempted to elaborate individuals' incipient vital conditions' dependence on their personal development and their life form evolution. In the first half of my work, I deal with basic social phenomena which form a socialization process, based on two principal factors - an individual, as a bio-psychosocial entity and social background, which are in a reciprocal interaction. I continue working further in this field, trying to determine and highlight the most important factors, which are a family, family background, and notably the relationship between the mother and the child, including occurred problems in form of various dysfunctions of family life and their consequences. I focus on hospital treatment and simultaneously on children growing in orphanages, as orphanages' clients and resultant "products" of dysfunctional and other badly-functioning families. I analyze their situation and status in the society, particularly their preconditions for life, level of education and psychical consequences influenced by institutional background. Presented in the conclusion, are results of resilience appearing at children...

Hronková, Vladimíra ; Kopecký, Martin (referee) ; Staša, Josef (advisor)
Resume in English. Easement in Telecommunication This thesis deals with the easements in the specifically chosen and therefore dedicated area - in Telecommunication field. The easement has its primary regulation in the Civil Code No. 64/1964 Sb., however the easements are regulated also within the public law area, namely the public law codes e.g. Water Act, Railway Act etc. In its very basic effect they represent the limitation of the property owner. We divide them into two groups easements ad personam and ad rem. The easement in the telecommunication belongs into the public law. They are currently regulated by the Telecommunication Act No. 127/2005 which has it's specific procedure of establishing these easements. Before this Act there were two previous Acts - the Act. No. 110/1964 Sb. which was replaced by Act No. 151/2000 Sb. The Act No. 151/2000 Sb was replaced by above mentioned valid act. Each of the Acts maintained the area of easement in different way. When we take into consideration the first and the oldest Act No. 110/1964 Sb. the easements were considered like public limitation of owner rights until the year 1992, when was the Act updated and specifically renamed the public limitation of the owner rights into the easements. The Act No. 151/2000 Sb. was clear since it's beginning about the...

This institute, being common in administrative practice, affects a considerable number of individuals. In accordance with the legal order, a great amount of administrative bodies is entitled to solve and sanction misdemeanours within the framework of various fields of human activities. It identifies the fundamental part of training as psychomotor leaming. It examines the proces s of training from the coach' view and his/her decision making. From the same view it describes the didactics of training process and didactical forms used by coaches.
The effects of hypolipidemic therapy on endothelial dysfunction and early atherogenesis in the vessel wall in experimental models of atherosclerosis I.
Tlapalová, Barbora ; Nachtigal, Petr (advisor) ; Kopecký, Martin (referee)
Atherosclerosis, or sclerosis of arteries, is a degenerative disease of arteries. Sometimes it is called "the disease of the 20th century". Double knockout mice (apoE/LDL - receptor double knockout) represent a new model for a study of atherogenesis which is capable of developing severe hyperlipidaemia and atherosclerosis. Statins (or so-called competitive inhibitors of 3-hydroxyl-3-methyl-glutaryl-coenzym A-reductase) currently belong to the most efficient hypolipidemic drugs that are used all over the world. Statins have propitious effects on lipid plasma levels and cardiovascular mortality. They mainly decrease the levels of total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol. The main aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluate whether atorvastatin possess the same antiatherogenic effects in apo/LDL-receptor deficient mice as were demonstrated in humans. Therefore we analyzed parameters of lipid spectrum in blood, the expression of inflammatory markers in atherosclerotic plaques and the size of atherosclerotic lesions. All mice were fed with experimental diets in 8 weeks of age. Animals were randomly divided into 2 groups (a control and an atorvastatin group). The mice in the control group were fed only with an atherogenic diet, and the mice in the atorvastatin group had an atherogenic diet which was enriched...
The effect of atorvastatine on expression of selected markers of vascular endothel
Rusnoková, Jana ; Kopecký, Martin (referee) ; Nachtigal, Petr (advisor)
Atherosclerosis, or sclerosis of arteries, is a degenerative disease of arteries. Sometimes it is called "the disease of 20th century". ApoE/LDL - receptor double knockout mice represent a new animal model for study of atherogenesis, which is characterized by severe hyperlipidaemia and atherosclerosis. Statins (or competitive inhibitors 3-hydroxyl-3-methyl-glutaryl-coenzym A-reductase) currently belong to the most efficient and the most useful hypolipidemic drugs for all over the world. They decrease mainly levels of total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol. The aim of this thesis was to describe the expression of eNOS in atherosclerotic plaques in apoE/LDLreceptor deficient mice. Moreover, we wanted to atorvastatin effects on its expression in the vessel wall. ApoE/LDLR-deficient mice on were subdivided into two groups. The control group of animals was fed with the cholesterol rich diet. The same cholesterol rich diet was used in ATV group, where atorvastatin was added to the atherogenic diet at the dosage of 50 mg/kg per day. The results of this thesis confirmed the expression eNOS in aortic endothelium in both control and atorvastatin treated mice. Atorvastatin treatment resulted in a strong hypolipidemic and antiatherogenic effect. Stereological analysis demonstrated that atorvastatin...
