The modification of the product and its impact on financial indicators

The main purpose of diploma thesis named The modification of the product and its impact on financial indicators is to design products respectively. services worthy modifications to recalculate the costs and returns of this modification, and consequently its total return for recreational and gastronomic company operating in tourism. The theoretical part of this thesis contains definition of fundamental termsand market research through questionnaire survey, which aims to characterize the structure of the company and obtains from its customers their designs products. Afterwards the results of survey will be interpreted. At the end of the thesis, in cooperation with the management of the company, the effects of modifications on financial indicators will be analyzed to define if the modification is the desired effect .Analyze the effects of modifications is the main objectives of this thesis.
Marketing Strategy of a Wellness Facility

The master's thesis is focused on analysing a marketing strategy of a specific wellness facility. The analysis itself and recommendations based on it are both aims of the thesis. The theoretical part consists of three main segments - health and wellness tourism, marketing and the location description. The practical part is introduced by characterizing the facility and its business environment, by using PEST analysis, among others. Marketing mix is then used for the description of the product. Above gained findings are summarized in SWOT analysis. The innovation of the product which took place during writing the thesis is mentioned in one subchapter as well. In the conclusion recommendation for the upcoming period and overall summary are presented. Comparative and analytic methods are used in the master's thesis.
Analysis of supply of chosen travel agency

Bachelor thesis is focused on the supply analysis of travel agency Čedok from Prague. In the first part are defined and generally characterized basic terms, which are crucial for the thesis. In the following part is introduced the chosen travel agency, its supply and its complementary services. The last chapter contains SWOT analysis and evaluation of travel agency Čedok.
Cafe Business Plan

The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan of Cafe in Prague with glutein-free products only. The thesis is divided into two parts. There are described fundamental terms in the theoretical part such are entrepreneurship, specifics of entrepreneurship in gastronomy, business plan and marketing methods used in business plan. The second part of the thesis contains business plan of the Cafe including financial plan. Business plan is used as an analysis for possible success of the Cafe.
Safety concerns by using services in the Couchsurfing community

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate safety concerns in the Couchsurfing community and to find out whether enable sufficient protection for guests, as well as for hosts. The theoretical part focuses on lodging industry, its history, evolution, new trends and it classifies lodging establishments. Further, this section also describes Cocuhsurfing community with emphasis of safety features. The bachelor thesis involves practical part consists of the comparative method and observation method with follow-up experiment. In the practical part are compared several categories of lodging establishments with others websites offering private accommodation. The main focus of the work is experiment, whose role is to verify website security in the Couchsurfing community. The goal is to warn of vulnerability and ensure general awareness.
European Capital of Culture project and its influence on tourism development in Pilsen and Pilsner region

The bachelor thesis focuses on European Capital of Culture (EcoC) project and its extent of influence on tourism development in Pilsen and Pilsner region. The first chapter looks into the ECoC project. The second chapter focuses on the application for ECoC project that Pilsen sent in 2010, cultural program in Pilsen in 2015, volunteering program and mobile application invented exclusively for Pilsen EcoC 2015. The third chapter studies the extent of success and the turnout in Pilsen and Pilsner region and the changes in numbers of visitors in 2012-2015. The last chapter covers personal evaluation of parts of the project and personal evaluation of the program in 2015. The obtained results lead to certain conclusions and outlines of possible development of culture and development of tourism in Pilsen and Pilsner region.
Business plan of development of a new spa resort

The purpose of this dissertation is a formulation and analysis of a business plan for development of a new spa resort in Františkových Lázních and conduct feasibility study of proposed business case. The following work is divided into theoretical and practical part. While theoretical section of the dissertation outlines main terms and theoretical concepts, explains relevant legal and regulatory conditions and restrictions relating to offering spa services and details all factors necessary for appropriate formulation of presented business case. Practical part of the dissertation presents a real life business case together with a feasibility study of the proposal, competitor analysis, market research and planned marketing strategy, while analysing returns of invested capital in three alternative scenarios.
Online Marketing And Its Application Within The Selected Entity In Tourism

The thesis analyzes the selected entity in tourism and explores the use of online marketing tools in its activities, in which especially their own website and official page on the social network Facebook play a crucial role. The aim of this work is on the basis of statistical data and analysis to assess the use of online marketing tools of chosen subject. On the basis of these information will be given some recommendations for improving its online marketing communications. The theoretical part focuses on the history of the Internet and the development of Internet users. Internet is compared with traditional advertising media and also some forms of online marketing are presented. The selected entity is exploring working with online marketing tools and it is analyzed their successful use.
New ways of distribution of capacities of lodging facilities and their practical use

The diploma thesis is focused on the research of new ways of distribution of capacities of lodging facilities. The theoretical part introduces the reader with to the travel and tourism market and defines the importance of online and mobile market. The analytical part first descibes a selected lodging facility Y and reaserches three particular new ways of distribution and companies that use them. The results of this research, the research of the companies that use the new ways of distribution and their sales volumes at the lodging facility Y all conclude to the fact that the sales potential of new ways of distribution is considerable and that using new ways of distribution of capacities is important to maximaze the revenue of lodging facilities.

The aim of the thesis is to create a realistically usable online marketing plan of a chosen 5* hotel in Prague. The most important and used marketing communication tools will be defined and the importance and nature of marketing planning delineate in the thesis. The practical use will be outlined through an elaboration of a marketing plan including marketing audit, goals setting and proposal of an action plan for an upcoming planning period.
