Internal Accounting Directives for Corporations

The bachelor thesis is focused on the creation of an internal company directive in the field of wage regulations in the transport company Drivers Trans, s. r. o. In the first part, the theoretical background of the internal company directive, employment relationship, wages, its forms and accounting are defined. The second part is an analysis of the company, where the author describes its operation, and especially the ways of rewarding employees. In the third and last part is a proposal for a new internal company directive on the topic - internal wage regulations.
Ideal and real teacher of special subject from the perspective of pupils of secondary schools and students of university, evolution of preferences

The present research work Ideal and real teacher of special subject from the perspective of pupils of secondary schools and students of university focuses on finding the opinion of pupils of secondary nursing schools and students of higher nursing schools and universities on teachers of nursing. The main objective was to deterrnine how the pupils and students represent the ideal teacher, whether the ideas pursued by different groups and how pupils and students evaluate their current teachers in the context created by the ideal model. The theoretical part of the work summanzes conclusions from thematically similar studies. The key concepts which relate to the subject of the study, such as the teacher, the role ofthe teacher, desirable qualities ofthe teacher, the teacher oftechnical subjects, the teacher of nursing, a professional preparation of the teacher, the pupil, the student, are summarized and synoptically explained on the basis of a qualitative analysis of data from the literature. The empirical part of the work describes the applied quantitative research carried on by the indirect inquiry method with 805 respondents - pupils of secondary and students of and higher nursing schools and universities specialised on nursing. Sales Promotion and Advertising of Company

The main goal of my work is based on the analysis to propose appropriate changes / additions to marketing communication tools of a particular company, focusing mainly on sales promotion tools and advertising. The implementation of the proposals should then increase the awareness of the company, gain new customers or increase the satisfaction (and thus re-visit) of existing customers. I also want to focus on the start-up and subsequent operation of the company in connection with the pandemic situation and the resulting crisis. The first theoretical part is focused on defining individual economic concepts, methods and tools of communication. The second practical part is mainly based on the method of analysis of the current state of the company and the competition. In this part, I also focus mainly on the communication tools used by the salon, on the target group of customers, and the overall evaluation.

The bachelor thesis is prepared for a specific bookstore retail network, and its goal is to supplement/ modify marketing communication with appropriate sales support tools and advertising. Based on the performed partial analyzes, their summary is created, which is implemented using the SWOT approach and opportunities for improvement are suggested. The implementation of these proposals should primarily increase the satisfaction of regular customers, but also to increase the number of new customers.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the sales support and advertising of the company Autoškola Pernica. It contains a theoretical definition of the most important terms from the field of marketing. My aim was to assess the current situation of the company that sells driving school services. The theoretical part briefly describes marketing generally, as well as sales support and advertising. Issues related to this company are described in the analytical part of the thesis, which also contains SWOT analysis. Based on these analyses, I proposed my own suggestions for improving this company.

The bachelor's thesis deals with living of wheelchair users, meeting the requirements of disabled for interior and lastly the suggestion of interior intended fordisabled people. The work consists of two parts. The first one, practical, focuseson the definition of disability, the ergonomic of wheelchair users and their requirement to interior. Other areas are also covered namely organizations helpingdisabled people, living allowances and companies producing suitable furniture. In the practical part three variants of flats are designed which differ in their area. One of those models is further described with its project documentation meeting the requirements of disabled people. The outcome of this bachelor's thesis is the visualization of respective flat using corresponding scale.

The thesis is focused on the creation of a plan of internationalization activities for the Brno University of Technology, the aim of which is to raise the awareness of the organization abroad, specifically at universities within the European Union. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the individual concepts and analyzes that are furtherly used in the following parts of the thesis. The analytical part evaluates the current situation in the organization and serves as a basis for the proposals. In the proposals of the thesis, a plan of internationalization activities of the university is created.

Assessment of Teacher of Nursing Subjects by Pupils and Students

The dissertation Assessment of a teacher of nursing subjects by pupils and students focuses on finding the opinion of pupils of secondary nursing schools and students of higher nursing schools and universities on teachers of nursing. The subject of the interest was particularly qualities and skills of the nursing teachers which pupils and students consider important and desirable. The theoretical part of the work summarizes conclusions from thematically similar studies. The empirical part of the work describes the applied quantitative research carried on by the indirect inquiry method with 805 respondents (out of this number was 74 men and 731 women) - pupils and students of secondary and higher nursing schools and universities specialised on nursing. The respondents were chosen from fourteen schools, seven towns of a different size and five regions in order to ensure the representativeness of the sample. In terms of the gender structure the studied sample corresponds to the usual quantitative representation of men and women who study nursing at nursing schools. The original questionnaire which was drawn for this purpose was tested by two preliminary studies.
