Meaning of life logotherapy way and its aplication in social pedagogic

The thesis has a theoretical character. It is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter focuses on the social pedagogy as an individual subject. It deals with the history of the assisting professions and continues with the history of the social pedagogy. It turns then to a professionalism of a social pedagogue and her competence. On the end of the first chapter author finds that social pedagogy is an independent subject and it has its place among the other assisting professions. Second chapter focuses on logotherapy. It deals with theoretical and philosophical starting-points of logotherapy. It also introduces the methods of work used in logotherapy. Conclusion of the second chapter deals with values in life as the foundation for specification of the meaning of life. The last chapter is about the meaning of life from the perspective of logotheraphy. This part deals with the meaning of life in psychology and religion, and subsequently with the meaning of life in the logotherapy itself. Author is also pointing out the relations between the meaning of life and delight, success and hope. The end of this chapter is dedicated to the human motivation to moral values. The whole chapter focuses on the particular aspects of the meaning of life and their implantation in the social pedagogy.
Analysis of a beginning teacher and his common problems in an educational process

Thesis "Beginning teacher - analysis of his personality, work and the most common problems in his work" deals with the personality of a beginning teacher, mentions the most common problems in his work and tries to find ideas for improving the situation. As the same times in analyses the selected components of his personality, which usually participates the lack of attention, especially in preparing future teachers, and which usually not mentioned in proper context. It focuses primary on the professional competence of teachers in relation to the student's core competencies as well as in other contexts. It also discusses the role of novice teachers in the context of the transformation of the Czech education system and also in the context of the Lisbon process. Analyses of key documents are included too. Great attention is paid to think about the different problematic areas concerning the work of novices teachers. In this context, the author focuses on the matter of authority and educational styles. It is based not only on the special literature but also on the sound, which took the form of numerous interview, surveys, questionnaires and observation. The influence of playing computer games on pupil's development

This thesis is about the effects of playing computer games on pupils and students behavior. It is divided into a theoretical and an investigative part. The theoretical part is dedicated to historical development of technologies and principals of game systems in relationship to technical progress. It adverts to psychological, social and biological effects of long time, intensive playing of games. It shows positive and negative effects ofthis activity. The work analyses typical pathological events in the area of computer games, which defines excessive playing as an addiction as well as describes the area of internet and its specific communication. It refers to the importance of computer communication for educational purposes and opportunities it offers. The investigative part is based on elaborating of a selfmade research, that investigates the player' s personality based on the standardized questionnaire JEPI and a questionnaire of own construction. It tries to answer the questions regarding the typology ofthe pupiľs personality, particularly with regard to family background, education, relations and applying skills gained from playing games.
Physical punishment in child upbringing

The aim of this thesis is to form a comprehensive view on the discussed issue, explaining the suitability or unsuitability of corporal punishment in a given situation. Describe the role of the family in the upbringing of children, the effects of corporal punishment on children, corporal punishment in connection with CAN syndrome and corporal punishment from the perspective of children. The thesis will include a practical component. It is written in a more critical reflection on the topic. The thesis will compare corporal punishment as a form of an education and its opposite - a liberal education.The conclusion will include case studies. Two case studies deal with uthoritarian upbringing while the third case study deals with liberal education. Options of parent education for children and teens in school

The diploma thesis deals with parent education at school at theoretical part. Its aim is to provide the necessary methodological ideas and principles which can promote better preparation for teachers of primary and lower secondary schools to implement parent education. The present work highlights the importance of family upbringing for the child's personality, the majority of the current instability in Czech families and the history of problematic areas and deficiencies in preparing children and adolescents for their future role as a father and a mother. The theoretical part is completed by defining the necessary requirements for teacher personality which dedicated to teaching about family and parenthood at the school. At the empirical part, there is a questionnaire to a sample probe 72 Czech teachers of first and second degree qualified to teach elementary science, health education, civic education (education for citizenship), family education, personal and social education, respectively other objects within which pay attention to family and parenthood. It was concluded that the attitudes of teachers to teach these topics in the choice proved to be rather positive. New forms of reading and their pedagogical and psychological character

The ground for this bachelor's thesis is a general concept of text within which the author addresses her goal - to introduce new forms of reading. She proceeds from the traditional form based on reading of written and printed texts and to identify the new forms she chooses different criteria including the dominant communication code, and the medium conveying text. On the basis of the dominant code she differentiates visual-graphic reading based on reading pictures and graphic characters, and, in terms of media, reading texts using digital technologies. In connection with the rise of the new forms of reading, the author deals with basic problems concerning reading, understanding and reflecting printed, visual, and digital texts and their processing. Text work leads to the conclusion the author considers a major problem for any learning and text processing. Having compared studies of reading Čteme?: obyvatelé České republiky a jejich vztah ke knize, Čtenáři a internauti, PISA 2000 and PISA 2009, the author concludes that there has not been quantitative, but rather qualitative decline of traditional reading. She sees the main cause in underdeveloped reading skills. These skills and their development thus seem to be the issue to elaborate and examine further in the future master's thesis.
Assessment of school maturity for entry to elementary school

This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of school maturity and readiness of preschool children at the enrollment to primary school. The theoretical part describes the developmental level of a preschool child and then defines the basic terms used in the text - the school maturity and readiness. Furthermore, the reader can read about the issue of assessment of school maturity and readiness of children before entering the primary school and about the regulation of compulsory school attendance. The aim of practical part is to evaluate functionality of the enrollment in terms of school maturity and readiness of preschool children assessment at six selected primary schools. Observations and interviews were used to achieve the objectives. Based on the analysis of collected data, the enrollment process at selected primary schools seems not to be fully functional. The practical part contains the recording data sheets monitoring the enrollment process at selected primary schools.
Education problems of children given to keep their grandparents

This thesis deals with issues of upbringing children by their grandparents. It focuses on the fact, how the grandparents handle the upbringining of underage children. The theoretical part is divided into six main chapters. This part includes topics such as family, upbringing and the issue of foster care. The practical part deals with the research itself, as the main research method was chosen to interview and documents analysis. The interview was made with ten grandparents, who have underage child in their custody. The interview was focused on the financial security of families, cooperation with school, the possible educational problems of children at school or at home. Finally, there was made the evaluation based on available data.
Mediated training as a possibility for socially disadvantaged students

This Master thesis aims to solve the question of developmentally-creative possibilities in the schooling process. This question is contextualized education of socially disadvantaged pupils. Because in shaping the learning competencies, this area is not developed enough and specific methods are somewhat rigid, it will be introduced one of the option how to to develop learning skills and abilities of the pupils , and which are in the teaching competencies deemed as essential. In this context will be introduced stimulatory and intervention program of Instrumental Enrichment as a concrete form of execution of Mediated learning and also as an effort of perspective innovation of curriculum. With the intention to point out the limitless possibilities of developing pupil's learning potential, the text focuses on the theoretical and conceptual bases, which constitute the entire program. The program is the instrumental set of tools that lead to the activation of cognitive structures and their subsequent enrichment. Therefore, except the theoretical foundations are also presented cognitive strategies metacognitive training that simplify cognitive modifiability, and that lead to the development of pupils' learning potential.
The possibilities of the pupil's confidence development

Cílem této práce je ukázat, že kritériem úspěšného psychosociálního začlenění žáka do vzdělávacího procesu je osobní spokojenost vztahující se k sebepojetí dítěte. Jak se žák vidí v konkrétních denních situacích? Jaký je jeho pohled na dané skutečnosti? Ústí v osobní spokojenost či nespokojenost? Jedná se o vytyčení základních souvislostí mezi vlivy působícími na utváření sebevědomí dítěte v rodině, ve škole, mezi vrstevníky a hledání cest, jak tyto vlivy, pokud jsou negativní, ovlivnit přiměřenými rozvojovými aktivitami. Cílem je pomoci učitelům v oblasti teoretické, diagnostické i praktické. Práce je koncipována jako teoreticko - empirická, z níž větší část bude pojata teoreticky.
