Professional morality of teachers in kindergarten

The research analyzes the professional morality of teachers and a comprehensive look at the possibility of legalization of the moral code of ethics teaching. Part of work is also questionnaire and interview, which relates to the issue, determined educators chomutov region. Fantastic motives in prose with children's hero by Iva Procházková

I especially devote myself in my dissertation work, whose title is "The fantastic motives in prose with children's hero by Iva Procházková", to the analysis of prose of Iva Procházková that are intentionally designed for children in which the child finds himself in a position the main hero and there are fantastic themes also occuring there. They are namely the following literary works: Wednesday tastes good, Marco and the magic horse, The Owl's song, Vincent goes to Africa, Eliah and the granny from the egg, Rhubarb, where are you? and Mice belong in heaven. but shouldn't stay too long. I allude to the plot, I interpret their meaning. I focus mainly on fantastic motives that occur in them and I am trying to clarify their function in prose with a child hero. I draw attention to the metaphorical (or symbolic) dimensions. Iva Procházková is ranked among the best authors for children and young people who currently we have. Her literary works were not intentionally designed for children but no one completely processed it. I proceed mainly from publications of Svatava Urbanová and Milena Šubrtová, but I also try on my own viewpoints, particularly on issues relating to the fantastic motives. Respect for the specifics of musical development of preschool

Precis: The thesis, research was at nursery school. Dealt with identifying whether they are respected musical development specific of preschool children. The research method used was a questionnaire survey, direkt observation, as well as an interview method of analysis and class documents. The research focused on levels of some factors that that affect compliance with specific set of development and implementation of the resulting needs. In particular, the level of professional competence and teacher influence speciffic knowledge of musical development of preschool age in their respect. Furthermore, as the criteria were examined and the classroom teacher created the conditions that enable compliance with specific musical development of preschool children.
The Contemporary Family and the Moral Development of Pre-School Children

It observes undergoing changes in family environment and their influence on raising a child after epochal democratic changes in society. It focuses on examining and finding differences in two distinct groups of families (agnostic and worshipping) in the Czech Republic. Possibilities of multicultural approaches of the work of Kindergarten

Possibilities of multicultural approaches in kindergarten work. This thesis focuses on multicultural education and the possibilities of use in kindergartens in Cheb, where the teachers very often encounter children of other nationalities, in particular with children of Vietnamese parents coming to the Karlovy Vary region to pursue their business activities in this border region. The theoretical part highlights the increasing number of immigrants in the Czech Republic. The thesis explains the terminology relating to multicultural education and it also emphasizes its links with the Framework Education Programme and classroom education programmes. It places emphasis on the preparedness of teachers for multicultural education as well as their preparedness in the domain of child speech development and possibilities of helping children of different nationalities with learning Czech language. The practical part points out the focus on developing vocabulary and communication skills as one of the possibilities of multicultural approach of teachers and kindergartens. In addition, it presents the results of a pedagogical survey related to Vietnamese parents and their attitude to the need of learning Czech language by their children.
Respecting needs of preschool children in nursery schools operating under different curricula

The Thesis is devoted to the comparison of respecting children needs in Czech nursery schools and British nursery schools in the Czech Republic. It is concerned with the Czech statutory framework called Rámcový vzdělávací program pro předškolní vzdělávání and the British document called the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage. Using content analysis the work examines both the documents and determines their approaches to satisfy needs of children. The second part of the research, conducted through observation, is figuring out how needs according to the Maslow A. are met in the practise of these nurseries. The content analysis and observation is used to discern whether the practise of the nurseries corresponds with their educational program in the area of satisfying children needs.
Kindergarten as public service

The aim of this work is to look into the issue of interpretation of the term public service in preschool education. The main goal is to find out how this service is understood by parents who use this service - whether their interpretation corresponds with the needs of children and to what extent they recognize the social mission of kindergarten. In addition, ttthe ambition here is to show the neccesity of change the traditional perception of education which has become part of market environment. Therefore the works highlights positive benefits of marketing management of school. The work is also focused on effective school communication as a way to reach the basic mission of school. Cooperation nursery school with a family from the perspective of parent and teacher to the public

Notes the role of the family, child socialization process and the role of teacher. Describes the importance of communication as a mean of socialization process which positively affects the climate of school and nursery classroom. Emphasis on forms of communication between teachers and families in the educational activity. Touches on various philosophical concept of pre-school education within the curriculum, and thus differrent view of family partnerships and institutions.
