In the first part, I will discuss the theoretical bases of my work and I will define basic terms like business, businessman, etc. In the second part I will build a real business plan for opening and operation of the motor show in Brno.
Business Plan for Expansion of a Small Enterprise
Machala, Jan ; Nováčková, Zuzana (referee) ; Khateb, Fabian (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is concerned with a business plan for developing a company that specialises in roof insulation using blown-in insulation, mineral wool, extruded polystyrene, plasterboard and coffered ceiling insulation techniques. The theoretical part defines terminology used for describing the structure of the business plan. The practical part serves to analyse the accounting firm's current state. The last part is based on that analysis and contains suggested measures for developing the company further.
Proposal of Communication Mix of Company
Machala, Jan ; Formánková,, Sylvie (referee) ; Milichovský, František (advisor)
This thesis is concerned with a company communication mix. It is divided into a theoretical, analytical and a proposing section. Contents of the theoretical part serves as the basis for further processing in the analytical part where analysis and assessment of the current state is performed, as well as for the proposal part where a new company communication mix is proposed. Its purpose is to raise public awareness about Sportsdirect s.r.o., its Brno-based subsidiary in particular, and to strenghten its client communication strategy.
Plugin for Simplification of Programming Using Visual Studio 2010
Machala, Jan ; Barabas, Maroš (referee) ; Jurnečka, Peter (advisor)
This thesis is focused on tool for simplification development in new programing language for non-experienced programmers. Application suggests sample source codes for current programming language in Visual Studio 2010. The application is a client-server, the server implements searching of the source code examples.
Low cycle fatigue of nickel superalloy IN713LC with TBC layer at high temperatures
Machala, Jan ; Čelko, Ladislav (referee) ; Juliš, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with the low cycle fatigue nickel-based superalloy IN713LC with applied TBC barrier at high temperature. The theoretical part is divided into four sections. The first one focuses on description of fatigue damage. The second one provides the basic characteristics of nickel-based superalloys. The third section describes the use of the surface layers - diffusion layers and thermal barriers and the fourth section deals with the influence of these layers on fatigue properties. Experimental part is focused on the evaluation of low cycle fatigue tests and on the explanation of the mechanisms of initiation and propagation of fatigue cracks. For the experimental part, fatigue samples were prepared by vacuum precision investment casting. TBC barrier was applied by atmospheric plasma spraying and consists of two sublayers - the lower metallic bond coating type CoNiCrAlY and top ceramic coating type YSZ. Low cycle fatigue tests were conducted under strain control at controlled temperature of 900 ° C. Fractographical analysis of fracture surfaces was carried out by using light and electron microscopy. Effect of applied barrier to fatigue life was determined - the parameters of Manson-Coffin and Basquin curve. A cyclic stress-strain curve was also obtained. The curves softening / hardening and number of transit cycles were determined. The obtained parameters and values from fatigue tests were compared with available data from fatigue tests of superalloy IN713LC without the layer, as applied AlSi type diffusion layer, at high temperatures. The initiation site on the fracture surfaces was determined within the fractographic evaluation and the influence of the layer on the initiation and propagation of fatigue cracks was discussed. A helpful tool was the assessment of longitudinal sections using scanning electron microscopy.
Construction and technological project of Retirement Home Pržno
Machala, Jan ; Štěrba, Martin (referee) ; Novotný, Michal (advisor)
This thesis describes the implementation of the proposed project, which concerns the reconstruction of the existing building of shopping center and restaurant. To built-in an atrium area, outdoor terraces and extension of the second storey superstructure of the building will be realized the project of the Retirement Home. This work contains a summary technical report, processing of technological regulations, report building equipment, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, assessment services, occupational health and safety plan, itemized budget and schedule subject to Retirement Home.
Proposal of Changes in the System of Employees Evaluation and Remuneration in the Selected Company
Machala, Jan ; Škrlová, Helena (referee) ; Kruntorádová, Markéta (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with analysis of the system of employees evaluation and remuneration in the selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis explains first the basic terminology used in the field of human resources, and then it focuses on the issue of employees evaluation and remuneration. The practical part contains a description of the current state of the company. Furthermore, it contains the research of employee satisfaction in the evaluation and remuneration. The final part focuses on proposals and recommendations to improve the current state in the company.
Structure and properties of welded joints of steam turbine rotor
Machala, Jan ; Hutařová, Simona (referee) ; Juliš, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with the assessment of the structural-mechanical properties of welded joints of steam turbine rotor. Experimental weld material is low alloy steel 30CrMoNiV5-11 in the state after the artificial degradation. The theoretical part of the literary researches the issue, focusing on the weldability of different types of steel used in the energy industry, the metallurgical processes in welding and provides an overview of the most important methods of welding. Great attention is paid to the evaluation of weld quality in accordance with relevant standards and destructive and non-destructive testing of welded joints. In the experimental part of this work was carried out measurements of hardness and microhardness of the weldment by Vickers and evaluation of the microstructure by light microscopy. The obtained values and information about the properties of the material after artificial degradation were compared with previously obtained experimental results in the default state (after annealing).
